A stair in the chalet leads to all 4 king-sized rooms on the upper levels with various bed configurations options. All the cozy rooms have expansive windows, ample storage space and picturesque views of either the amazing ski slopes on one side or the magnificent Mt Yotei on the other. All 4 well-appointed rooms share a luxuriously fitted Japanese style shower room, a separate bathroom, and toilet. You’d delighted that the entertainment room on the lower level can also be converted into an additional bedroom if needed.

The dining area is the perfect choice for nights when you prefer to stay in over hearty home-cooked meals and great company, and overlooking the nearby Grand Hirafu ski resort. As Seizan 1 is in a prime location, it is no surprise that there are plenty to explore within proximity, all at walking distance. If you want to get to the Gondola or the Quad, the shuttle bus stop is just a mere minute away whilst it takes a short walk to get to the Ace Family Ski Lift. Additionally, some of Hirafu’s top bars and restaurants the likes of Rin Japanese Restaurant and Bar Gyu are literally right next door. A few blocks away, is Niseko Pizza, a small family-run outlet that serves delicious wood-fired pizzas. Seicomart, a convenience store native to Hokkaido, is also within walking distance should you need to stock up on groceries or other essentials. The Niseko Ski and Snowboard School (NOASC) around the corner is available for ski and snowboard lessons for all levels.
