Comprising 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large outdoor pool, well-maintained garden, spacious outdoor terrace, bbq area, open plan living, dining and kitchen, this charming home located between Alcudia and Pollensia, has everything you need for an enjoyable stay whether with a small group of friends or small family.
For guest comfort, both bedrooms are air-conditioned. Exuding warm and cozily, the bedrooms are wonderfully furnished with lots of wood accent and minimalist touches. The pleasant bedroom one has a beautifully crafted wooden double bed with comfly mattress encourages a restful sleep. The plush one seater armchair in the corner of the room makes a great spot for quiet reflection while a spacious chest drawer is available for you to store your belongings. A two-panel window opens up to breathtaking views of the surrounding greeneries.
The other room in its simplest form comes with two wooden twin beds and a large chest of drawers and also a large window for fresh air when needed. Both these rooms share a full bathroom that is nicely fitted with a bathtub, refreshing shower, the finest quality toiletries and vanities.
Take a walk in the morning and take in fresh crisp air in the very quiet outdoor area, surrounded by a pine and oak forest. Enjoy laps in the large Roman-style pool set in the middle of the compound while appreciating the well-manicured garden. The comfy sun-lounger by the pool deck is ideal for sun-bathing. Have a lazy brunch afterwards at the outdoor terrace furnished with garden furniture and hammock for a relaxing time. The outdoor barbeque area completes the outdoor settings. Great for a romanticalfresco dining as well.
The large wooden door opens to the open layout interior. The warm and cozy living room with its ultra plush sofas, decorative fireplace and nice decorations is a great place to enjoy a quiet time with your loved ones while watching your favorite movie on the large tv and DVD provided. A large wooden door with glass panels offers outdoor access. The dining area has a four seater wooden dining table ready for your meals. Whether you are an accomplished or casual chef, the fully-equipped American kitchen is ready for meals preparations, complete with a gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven. A long island table separates the kitchen from the dining and living area.
While this is a self-catered accommodation, our staff is always available should you need assistance. Cleaning is done by our friendly housekeepers at the end of each stay while bed linens and towels are changed every 7 and 5 days respectively. Open air parking is available on site. For those with toddlers, high chair and cot is also provided. Do contact our team should you need other services, which are subjected to separate charges.
A car will be helpful for you to get around the surrounding areas. Explore Pollensa town, steep in history and lined with attractions, dining establishments and retail shops is 5.5 km away. Take in the beautiful sights along the way to the popular beach resort area, Puerto Pollensa some 11.5km distance and enjoy a peaceful day at the beach.
