Villa Lucia features seven bathrooms and six bedrooms with two Queen beds in the master bedrooms as well as three double and one single beds in the guest rooms. The bedrooms are spread across two floors and the attic and all six of them face the sun and the sea. Additionally, most bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning units and feature unblemished views of the garden.
Embodying an outdoor-indoor living style at its best, Villa Lucia offers an oversized private pool measuring 23 square meters with a depth of around 2.2 meters. It should be noted that the pool is only open from May to October and is not suitable for children. Equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, the pool deck also features an outdoor shower with both warm and cold water.
After your swim, take a relaxing stroll in the sprawling gardens where you will find an impressive cluster of centuries-old olive trees, orange trees, and even the quintessential Massa lemon trees. The meticulously-tended lawn also offers ample space to wind down or stretch out for a nap while soaking up the sun.
Because Villa Lucia is carefully designed in such a way so as to help guests experience the beautiful Mediterranean weather at its finest, it also provides a panoramic terrace split into different sections. One of the sections is partially shades while the other provides armchairs and sofas. There’s also a quaint barbecue area with glorious views of the ocean and garden.
With modern facilities, the interior of Villa Lucia perfectly retains vestiges from its 18th Century accents. The oversized living room, boasts a stunning barrel-vaulted ceiling, complete with a fireplace, sofas, armchairs, tables, chairs, and even a flat-screen digital television. The living room also provides a direct access onto one of the terraces.
Guests will also find a formal dining room with an ornate table that can seat up to 11 guests. This beautifully-furnished space provides a console, Trumeau mirror as well as antique paintings and furnishings. If you want to prepare your own meals, you can always use the generously-sized kitchen, outfitted with an array of modern appliances such as a fridge with freezer, kettle, five-hob gas stove, microwave oven, electric oven, and dishwasher. Additionally, this space provides a small table and chairs as well as a television.
If you’re traveling with children, you will be glad to learn that the kitchen does provide a high chair for the little one. WiFi is free and parking is available on the premises. It is also possible to request paid services such as daily cleaning, baby sitting, private chef, private boat hire, and more.
