Just like its name suggests, Villa Relax is a holiday home that lets you and your family relax peacefully as it is located in a quiet neighborhood near Massa Lubrense. The 6 bedroomed property sits on 395 square meters of land and has spacious rooms to accommodate 12 travelers. Villa Relax boasts an outdoor hydro-massage tub, WiFi, private terrace and breathtaking views among other amenities.
All the six bedrooms are on the first floor and have en suite bathrooms with hairdryers and sink. They also feature air conditioning and heating, a TV set and a small fridge. Three of them boast queen size beds while the rest have double size beds. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the terrace while four have big windows with fabulous sea views.
Having a car around to ease your movement and help you explore more areas within this location is advisable. Villa relax offers a parking area for two vehicles. The property features a number of terraces. In one of the terraces, you find a 6X2m unheated hydromassage tub, 12 seater dining table, sun beds, Parasols and an outdoor shower. This terrace offers beautiful Ischia Island views and is accessible from the living room. There is another furnished terrace upstairs overlooking the sea and the islands.
A dining room that is large enough to fit all the guests is located on the ground floor. It is fitted with air conditioning and heating. It also features a bar area with a wine store. Guests are able to access the ground floor terrace with stunning sea views directly from the dining area. Still from the dining room, you get access to the kitchen equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ice dispenser and an espresso machine among other cooking appliances.
The laundry area with an iron, ironing board and washing machine is next to the kitchen. The lounge, another small kitchen and the living room with comfortable furniture are upstairs. The villa also features a luggage lift to help you take your belongings upstairs.
