The villa follows a very much modern and contemporary design with European style architecture and a minimalistic interior design that creates a soothing and peaceful ambience for the guests.
All three bedrooms in the property are almost identical in their size, ambiance and the interior decorations. Each of them features a large king sized bed, a lovely statement wall behind the bed to bring some character and depth for the ambiance and extremely minimal use of furniture. All three bedrooms are comfortably air-conditioned, to keep the guests cool and cozy even under the hottest of tropical sunlight shining above Koh Samui Island. The sense of luxury in each of the bedrooms completes with the amazing views of the ocean that the guests get right from their bedrooms through the full-length glass windows.
The guests of Villa Neung can step right on to the pool deck from the indoor living space of the villa. The deck space has outdoor seating which makes for a great place to enjoy an evening tea or an alfresco candlelight dinner. There are also a few very cozy lounge spaces for the guests as well. The pool is 15m long and designed to be family friendly, catering to guests of all ages including children. It extends towards the main pavilion of the property, creating a very cool overwater bungalow effect for one of the bedrooms. The outdoor space of the property extends right into the white sand beach and the ocean.
The main living space is a simple and spacious hall that opens directly to the garden and the view of the ocean. It has a small yet fully equipped kitchen in one end, a wooden dining table that seats up to 10 people right next to it. The kitchen also has a small breakfast bar to grab a quick breakfast or a nice glass of tropical fruit juice in the morning while enjoying the sea breeze. The rest of the space features a long and cozy sitting area with a couch facing a large flat screen TV at the very end. The sitting space gets unobstructed views of the ocean, glistening in a turquoise blue under the warm tropical sun.
