Spread across two levels, Villa Casa Medina lies close to the sea and boasts a contemporary design that can very easily accommodate up to eight persons. A mere 300 meters from both Calla Molins and Cala Barques, this villa is aptly located to help you make the most of your holiday in Spain. With abundant nautical activities nearby, the villa also comes with a wide range of services and luxurious sleeping quarters, ensuring that you can enjoy a good night’s sleep.
Casa Medina offers a total of four bedrooms, spread across two levels. Two of these bedrooms have twin beds while the other two have double beds. Decked out in soothing pastels with the occasional slash of tropical hue, the bedrooms all feature crisp new linens so you can drift off to a restorative slumber every night. All four bedrooms boast their own en-suite bathrooms with shower while the master bathroom also features a luxurious bath which you can soak into and allow your worries to melt away at the end of the day. Both heating and air-conditioning units are included to ensure your complete comfort, regardless of the weather.
After a full day of exploring the area, return to the villa where you can take a plunge in the mosaic swimming pool offering hours of fun for the entire family. After your swim, stretch out on one of the sunbeds to dry under the sun or slather on your suntan oil as you work on achieving that perfect Spanish tan. There’s even an outdoor shower so you can wash off the chlorine after your swim. At night, step out on the beautifully lit cobbled terrace and gather around the outdoor dining table as you savor an Al Fresco meal. A second sun terrace sheltered under a pergola adds extra space for you to relax and soak up the views while savoring every second of your holiday in Spain.
High-end furnishings and accents only serve to add to the refined elegance of Casa Medina. A solid wooden table and white leather chairs graces the center of the dining room, offering the ideal setting for enjoying family-style meals with your family and friends. This space opens directly into the living room where you will find three comfortable sofas as well as oversized glass windows with mesmerizing views of the lagoon. The living area also provides a flat-screen television with DVD player as well as Satellite connection with both German and English channels.
On those evenings where you don’t feel like going out, you can always whip up a quick meal in the kitchen which is perfectly outfitted with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob and the likes. The breakfast nook boasts leather chairs as well as a glass top table. From the air-conditioned kitchen, guests can enjoy an easy access to the terrace and swimming pool.
