This itself is a selling point of the villa, for Cala San Vicente is renowned as the crowning jewel of Mallorca thanks to the 3 bays that make it up, namely Cala Clara, Cala Barques and Cala Molins. A 3-bedroom villa that can accommodate 6 guests, Villa Pins is built like a stately modern bungalow over a 1-storey layout and consists of all the spaces needed for a relaxing holiday, whether it’s lounging by the large living hall indoors or the poolside patio and exclusive garden in the outdoors. Unfettered by mass commercialization, this sweet hidden spot where the villa sits makes it a perfect idyllic holiday to truly get away.
The 3 bedrooms at Villa Pins are minimalist and simple, consisting of one double bed and 2 twin beds. The simple layout still allows guests to have a good night’s rest and comes with side tables to provide storage. There are 2 big bathrooms with shower areas whose walls are decked in orange mini tiles; the bigger one has a double basin for extra comfort of guests.
Outside the villa, lies a charming tranquil garden lawn planted with some mature trees and greenery, which makes it a perfect spot to unwind and savor the summer breeze. A private swimming pool sits near the front and to one side of the villa, measuring 4m X 3m which is a good enough size for 6 guests. Sunbeds are also provided for guests to lie back, where there is also an outdoor set of a dining table with lovely chairs for guests to have their alfresco dining.
Set over one floor, the villa exudes a modern and simple layout which provides a good overview for the eyes in just one sweep. Enter the large lounge, which features pretty floral cushion sofas and satellite television and DVD player for your entertainment. Adjoining it is the kitchen area and dining space, where large patio doors open up to the poolside area and garden lawn. The purpose-built kitchen with its defining wall of blue tiles has all the necessary appliances and amenities to provide for a self-catering vacation and cookout sessions.
Proper sanitization and disinfectionare carried out through the villa for safety of guests throughout this global pandemic. Air conditioning is supplied for the bedrooms from 2pm to 4pm and 8pm to 8am daily. Guests may like to take note that the pool and gardens remain in exclusive usage for them staying at Villa Pins, and are not shared by the upper floor of the villa which belongs to a different owner. Mid-stay cleanings are included while bed linens are changed every 7 days. Complimentary Internet access is a necessity and therefore available for guests throughout.
The Cala San Vicente resort is the locality that Villa Pins is snuggled within, delighting guests with the 3 sandy bays and crystal clear waters being just mere strolls away. Beyond these beaches, guests can also head onto the Cala Carbo rock beach that is just 1.6km away. Thanks to the villa’s central location, the Cala San Vicente town centre is within quick reach too. Meanwhile, the shops at Eroski Pollensa are all just 5km in distance.
