Sitting on a most expansive plot of land measuring 30,000 sq meters that overlooks the village views of San Agustin, guests could not be more impressed by what this spectacular Villa Sa Boca has to offer. This contemporary 5-bedroom masterpiece villa located in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia in western Ibiza island is indeed built to impress with some of the most sweeping vistas and its stunning furnished spaces. The lavish interiors can generously accommodate 12 guests and measure 500 sq meters alone, spread over 2 storeys. Taking on a mod-chic look, the owners of Villa Sa Boca certainly spare no effort in ensuring guests have the most optimum comfort and classy living across the different spaces created indoors and outdoors. The split-level lounge on the ground level is one of the prominent highlights of this property, while the covered terrace and lagoon-shaped pool area surrounded by lush green lawns and matured trees afford the most vantage point to catch brilliant sunsets, starry skies and equally breathtaking sunrises.
The bedrooms at Villa Sa Boca are decadent, spacious and lovingly furnished for guests. Of the 5 rooms, 1 is the master bedroom on the upper level that comes fitted with a king-sized double bed within its 60 sq meters of space. Grand in layout and design with an especially expansive glass door that opens out to its own private balcony, this master suite also comes equipped with its own dressing room and a splendid bathroom that houses a fully-tiled bathtub and double sinks as among its lavish features. On the ground floor is where guests can find a properly-sized family room that consists of 4 individual beds with a bathroom that is also equipped with a bathtub and shower area. Move on to the other side of the villa and 3 more bedrooms await, each with their own double beds and large sliding glass doors that open out to the outdoors, while designed with their own ensuite bathrooms too and shower areas.
The outdoors are expansive and stunning filled with an abundance of lush greenery and an azure private lagoon-shaped pool that looks like it is reaching out to the horizon. As the furnished stone terrace surrounds this area, guests could soak and dip all day while watching the glow of evening sunsets that are best appreciated from such a vantage point. Away from the pool area is a covered terrace that consists of comfortable sofas to relax on, a Balinese daybed to lie all day long or have massages on, and an alfresco dining space with a lovely outdoor wooden dining table and chairs to enjoy daily meals at.
The indoors of the villa alone measures 500 sq meters and walls are painted in faint yellow to project a sunny and cheery disposition for guests. The ground floor consists of a large lounge featuring an eclectic mix of sofas and sitting chairs with television for entertainment, while adjacent to this space is akin to a 2nd living hall with extended cushioned seats as additional sitting furniture and an open fireplace to lend a countryside ambiance. Located just behind is a well-equipped and spacious kitchen that has been creatively designed and built with a comprehensive set of amenities and enough room for the number of guests to gather around and move about. Integrated in this space is a dining room, a laundry room and storage room.
Complimentary WiFi Internet access is enabled throughout the villa. The staff diligently carries out cleaning for 3 days a week consisting of about 6 hours each session, while a more complete and comprehensive cleaning service is done every 7 nights including the change of bedsheets and towels.
Villa Sa Boca is located just 3km away from San Agustin village, reckoned to be one of the prettiest in the island teeming with fine traditional architecture and beautiful countryside as its surroundings. It is well-preserved and tranquil with notable buildings such as the stone tower, parish house and the church, and is halfway towards another charming village called San Jose about 5km away. San Jose itself is the capital of what the locals know this area as Sant Josep in Catalan language at the foothills of the Sa Talaia mountain, the highest in the island. Here, guests are able to enjoy spending time at some excellent restaurants and bars.
