A lavish, two-story villa that easily sleeps 12, this villa places you right on the coast so you can soak up gorgeous views of the ocean. Best of all, this villa offers spectacular vistas of the Island of Capri. In fact, the building dates all the way back to the second half of the 19th century and it has since been lovingly restored with modern amenities. Since the property lies 500 meters above sea level, you’ll certainly enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets every day.
Guests will find a total of four bedrooms at Villa Ferrara. Located on the upper floor, the master bedroom features a suite-like layout, complete with a living area and en-suite bathroom. This room has a double bed as well as a single sofa bed for the kids or any extra guests you may wish to have over. The suite is also fitted with air-conditioning and a television for enjoying your favorite shows and movies right from the comfort of your bed. From this room, you can access a terrace with ocean views through French doors.
Also fitted with an en-suite bathroom, the second room boasts air-conditioning, a television, as well as a double bed. This rooms offers a direct access into a further and smaller bedroom. In the third room, guests will find a double bed, terrace access, air-conditioning and attached bathroom. Fitted with large windows from where you can admire sweeping bay views, the last bedroom is also fitted with air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom, double bed and television.
In quintessential Italian-countryside charm, the property’s garden is infused with a general sense of well-being punctuated by leafy eucalyptus plants, orange, lemon, and olive trees. Measuring around 3000 square meters, the private garden has an oversized pool measuring 5m wide and 10m long.
Around the pool deck, guests will find a table with parasol, sun loungers, and even an outdoor shower for rinsing off the chlorine before going back inside. This spot is ideal for soaking up dazzling sunsets as well as unblemished views of the islands of Procida, Ischia, and Capri.
The interior of the villa is just as lavish with a refined studio that boasts a desk and chairs for those who need to work or study during their stay. You’ll also find an elegant lounge with antique accents, a decorative fireplace, armchairs, and sofas.
The spacious and contemporary kitchen comes with everything you’ll need to put an easy meal together, ideal for those lazy evenings when you don’t really want to eat out. There’s also a generously-sized dining area for enjoying the fruits of your labor.
On the villa’s private terrace, guests can access a barbecue area, grill, and pizza oven for preparing a scrumptious feast whenever they want. The property also provides free Wi-Fi as well as secure onsite parking. Daily cleaning is provided for three hours every day, Monday through Saturday. Guests will also receive final cleaning services.
Villa Ferrara provides easy access to the picturesque island of Capri. In fact, guests can catch a boat shuttle right from the beach with just a stroll or quick drive from the villa. In the vicinity, it’s also possible to book a catamaran trip that will take you across the many islets that dot the lagoon.
