Set in Jardin Alpin, Courchevel 1850, Chalet Black Pearl is a 1350sqm luxurious holiday home for 15 guests. The 6-level <>super spacious home is perfectly located near the slopes, and right opposite the two 5-star hotels: Airelles and Cheval Blanc and legendary Les resorts.
The property features 8 elegantly and modernly furnished double bedrooms, two living areas, and two kitchens among other amenities to ensure guests will have a memorable experience during their vacation.
Your well being comes first even during your holiday, that is the reason why this extraordinary chalet dedicates an entire floor for it. Here you will find a 14m indoor swimming pool, an indoor jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. You’ll do all this as you get entertained from several TVs, DVD players, a game room and play area for the children. All this is to make you have an enjoyable and re-energized time during your stay.
All the 8 ensuite bedrooms in this chalet are distributed between the ground floor and the second floor of the building. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground level, four on the first floor while the second floor hosts two master bedrooms with fireplaces,office and dressing area.
All the bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet, though some bathrooms have a bathtub in addition. They also have a mini bar and a TV for your entertainment. Four of the bedrooms have a DVD player, while the other four feature an office area.
All the rooms have comfortable king size beds, plush carpet, wide and tall windows and plenty of space around the bed. The chalet also has an independent toilet on the underground level.
Enjoy Panoramic views of the mountains and forests from the comfort of the sunny terrace in this chalet. The terrace is well furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. The property features a huge garage on the underground level where you can keep your cars safely. It also has an elevator to help guests move from one floor to another at ease.
Though the chalet interiors were renovated recently using most of the modern equipment, it still retains its traditional appearance, hence having a breathtaking image of the combination of the two styles.
The property boasts two huge living rooms, with a TV lounge, fireplace, dining space and a closed kitchen. One of these super spacious rooms is on the ground floor while you can access a similar one on the upper most floor.
The ski room is on the underground level next to the garage, while the laundry area and cloakroom are on the first underground level. All leisure and wellness equipment are also on this level. They include a 14x4 meter swimming pool, gym, hammam, an indoor jacuzzi, sauna and a massage table.
The chalet also has a private club with a bar area where guests can meet for a drink as they play pool table game, or just relax on a sofa as they watch. The room is also equipped with plush carpeting, and has a dedicated space for kids play area with the necessary tools.

The Chalet is conveniently located at just 50m from Bellecote and Jardin Alpin slopes hence, guests can always take a walk to enjoy skiing. The ski schools are also within reach just in case you need to learn the skiing skills first.
