Villa Es Clot

The villa has four bedrooms with three bathrooms. The master bedroom is decorated in white bedsheets with traditional exposed beams and billowing ivory curtains. It has a large double bed with a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is decorated in a similar style and is very light from large windows that look out onto the beautiful Majorcan landscape. Bedroom three has two single beds which can also be used as a double; depending on the guests need. Bedroom four is downstairs with two single beds which can also be made into a double bed. The bathrooms include the masters en-suite, the family bathroom with a bath, a downstairs toilet with shower and an external poolside shower.

The villa has a large saltwater swimming pool (small children will need to be monitored as the pool is not gated and the garden is on different levels). There are lounge chairs to relax on surrounding the villa and relaxed outdoor dining options to enjoy the Spanish sun in and a BBQ for alfresco dining. The house has been recently extended to give extra space in a beautifully designed garden room with roof terrace. Externally there are sweeping steps to the pool, and we have created many shaded areas olive wood constructions covered by bamboo and palm. The garden (in season) has many herbs growing in the garden, for example, mint, rosemary, and different types of basil. There is also an external kitchen for preparing meals and chilling drinks. There is roadside parking just down from the house on the narrow road. Small cars are advisable.

Villa Es Clot is styled in traditional Majorcan style. The villa has a newly fitted kitchen with electric oven, separate hob and steak griddle, integrated fridge, freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a utility room with a washing machine situated in an enclosed cupboard in the family bathroom. There is a comfortable living room with a TV. The villa has central heating and WiFi.

The villa offers safety and comfort to future guests by always including final cleaning with full disinfection. Towels and linen supplied. Weekly clean if requested. Cost circa 100 Euros.
