Villa Ela is a modern yet comfortable villa with five bedrooms, five bathrooms built on a plot of over 700m2. The villa boasts expansive sea views, a private swimming pool, cinema, a communal pool and is located in Vista Alegre.
The first bedroom has a double bed or two single beds with private bathroom. Bedroom two is the master and has a king-size bed with a private bath, shower and toilet. Bedroom three has a double bed or two single beds with private bathroom, shower and toilet. Bedroom four has a double bed with en-suite shower and toilet. Bedroom five has a double bed with en-suite shower and toilet.
The villa provides guests with a smaller private pool, barbecue and dining area; the perfect place to enjoy outdoor living. There are ample terraces, covered or in the sun, chill-out areas and sun loungers, that invite you to relax and unwind from the moment you arrive. There is an extra communal pool (shared with a few houses) with a few loungers from the owner. Most of the times, there are no people here.
Villa Ela consists of 380 square meters, built on a plot of over 700m2. It has a large living room, five bedrooms (all with terrace and sea view), two dining rooms, a private cinema, two kitchens, six bathrooms and a utility room. All bedrooms, the living room, and the private cinema are equipped with air conditioning. The ground floor has an open kitchen, dining area for ten people, a separate cinema room with surround sound, Blue Ray DVD player and Sky satellite system. The first floor has an open living room with sea view, large terrace with two chill-outs: TV and Sky satellite system, an indoor dining area for eight people. Open kitchen with breakfast bar and table for four people.
The villa provides 5x per week of 4 hours cleaning and a 1x per week change of towels. The final cleaning is included.
Modern yet comfortable, Villa Ela is a house where you want to keep coming back. The first line, with expansive sea views on one of the most sought after spots of Ibiza, Vista Alegre. Ibiza town is only 15 minutes away, the airport 10 minutes. You can enjoy the quietness and the security offered by Es Cubells/Vista Alegre, and yet you are still very close to the bustling area of Ibiza. The beautiful beach of Cala Jondal and it's famous beach clubs (such as Blue Marlin or Yemanja) are not far away. The airport is 13km away, and the nearest supermarket is 3.5km.
