Villa Ipanema is a stunning 3 bedroom villa set on a hillside in the very popular area of Flamands, St Barth within the Roc Flamands private estate and has views over the Caribbean and Bonhomme Island. It is colourful and cheerful with plenty of outdoor space for relaxing after a day out exploring this beautiful island. The villa has recently been renovated by its owners who have added many modern touches to make it more comfortable for guests.
Relax by the private outdoor swimming pool on one of the many sun loungers or jacuzzis, where you can soak up the sun or moonlight. There is also a modern kitchen and barbeque, where you can enjoy meals prepared by your chef or cook them yourself.
The bedroom area is located on the ground floor, with three bedrooms fitted with air-conditioned and European king-size beds - two of them can be separated into two twins. All three rooms have their own contemporary ensuite featuring rain head showers and his and hers sinks.
The villa’s outdoor spaces is where it really shines. A spacious deck offers plenty of room for outdoor dining and lounging, while the swimming pool is shaded by towering palm trees. The pool comes with plenty of towels provided so you can dry yourself off after a refreshing dip in the water. There’s also a relaxing heated Jacuzzi with views over Flamands Bay and Bonhomme Island where you can enjoy a cool cocktail. Head up onto the roof terrace for spectacular views over the bay, which is great for sunbathing or relaxing with a good book. You can also take advantage of a barbeque on this terrace and enjoy some freshly cooked food while taking in the island’s spectacular views.
The villa has been decorated with high quality furnishings and furniture, all of which have been chosen to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The open-plan living area offers stunning sea views through the large windows, while the expansive kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for preparing meals at home. The air-conditioned living room includes comfortable seating and an Apple TV and surround sound. A fitness room occupies its own bungalow next to the main level at the rear of the property.

There is also air conditioning available in all rooms and free wifi is available throughout the property so that you can keep up to date with your loved ones.
Flamands is a popular area of St Barth, located on the North-East coast of the island between Gustavia and Anse Marcel. It's only a short walk from Villa Ipanema to one of St Barth’s finest beaches, Flamands Beach, which is a long stretch of white sand and turquoise water ideal for swimming and sunbathing. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The villa is about 10 minutes drive from Gustavia, 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Tartaruga Beach Club.
