The five-bedroom villa is fit for a large family and a group of friends. Complete with an infinity pool, a sun terrace with dining, lovely indoor lounge areas with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and tasteful décor, Contemporary Villa is one-of-a-kind. It has been meticulously designed to offer you a unique and unforgettable holiday experience. Visit the stunning beaches of Nice and explore the 19th-century architecture the city is known for.
There are five bedrooms at the villa, each designed to perfection. The bedrooms offer uninterrupted views with sliding glass doors that lead to a terrace. There are double beds in three bedrooms, single beds in one, and a king-sized bed in the fifth bedroom. The terrace offers spectacular and panoramic views over the sea. The bathrooms feature standalone bathtubs, walk-in showers, and twin basins along with other modern amenities.
As the villa sits majestically atop the hill, the infinity swimming pool, which is heated, sits right on the edge overlooking a most magnificent view of the azure sea and the horizon. You will love splashing around in the pool or simply swimming to the edge and contemplating. The lush garden borders the pool, a great spot for a picnic or a nap or even to read. You can dine on the sun terrace that has been furnished with an al fresco dining table overlooking the sea. The landscape is beautiful and you can enjoy these views from almost all parts of the villa.
The first thing you will notice about Contemporary Villa is how bright and sunny it is. It is flush with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling glass walls and doors. The views sweeping green hills and the sea is your own private haven. The living room features a double height ceiling with polished wooden floors, blush blue suede armchairs, white sofa, and a glass table. The interiors are exquisite, modern, and minimal highlighting the beautiful outdoors. Modern artwork dons the walls while there floor lamps and modern lighting to accentuate the space.
The modern and swanky kitchen in the villa is fully-equipped and features an island that doubles as a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fitted with state-of-the-art appliances and amenities like an induction cooktop, built-in oven, coffee machine, and more. You can choose to dine indoors in the expansive multi-storey living room or outdoors on the terrace.
The villa is located in a residential area that ensures you have a quiet and peaceful stay. It is accessible by bus or rental car for which you will find parking on property. The villa has central heating and other modern comforts for your convenience. Internally, the floors are connected only via staircases. Some of the activities in the villa are BBQ, tennis table, badminton, etc.
The location could not be more ideal with stunning sea views and panoramas sweeping Nice on the French Riviera. You can visit the beautiful white sand beaches in the area or explore the streets that are teeming with historical sites depicting Baroque architecture. It is also known as the residence of renowned artist Henri Matisse, whose work you can view at Musée Matisse.
