The master has a bedroom and a living area, a double bed, dressing room, sea view, TV, nature view, terrace, fireplace, it is 22m2 and is located in the main house. The master bathroom has a double sink, walk-in shower, bathtub, and a separate toilet. Bedroom two has a double bed, dressing room, office area, Seaview, nature view, terrace, is 20m2 and is located in the main house. Bathroom two has a double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Bedroom three has a double bed, sea view, TV, terrace, is 18m2 and is located in the main house. Bathroom three has a single sink walk-in shower and a toilet. Bedroom four has a double bed, office area, sea view, TV, nature view, is 19m2, and is in the adjoining house. The bathroom has a double sink, walk-in shower, bathtub, and a separate toilet. Bedroom five has a double bed, TV, nature view, is 16m2 and is located in the main house. The bathroom has a double sink, walk-in shower, bathtub, and a separate toilet. Bedroom six has a double bed, office area, TV, nature view, terrace, is 17m2 and is in the main house. The bathroom has a double sink, walk-in shower and a toilet. Bedroom seven is considered the staff bedroom and has a double bed, TV, is 17m2 and is located in the main house. The bathroom has a single sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Bedroom eight is generally used as a kids bedroom. It has two single beds, TV, terrace, is 20m2 and is located in the adjoining house. Bedroom eight has a single sink, toilet and shower. Bedroom nine is usually used as a staff bedroom. It has a double bed, TV, 18m2 and is located in the main house. The bathroom has a single sink, toilet and shower. There is a spare bathroom for guests with a single sink, walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Villa Margarido has lots of lands that provide lots of privacy and space. The villa has a large heated saltwater swimming pool & pool shower with multiple sun loungers and uncovered and covered terrace areas. The villa has green trees to the back of it and an incredible sea view to the front which can be enjoyed from the pool. The villa provides an outdoor bar, BBQ and outdoor dining table that seats twenty guests; perfect for alfresco dining.

The villa is 990sqm. There is a large living room with a flat-screen TV, Hi-fi stereo system and a beautiful exposed beam ceiling. The living space is very open plan with the dining area right next to it with seating available for fourteen guests. The kitchen is open with a bar and has all the appliances you may need for your stay. The villa also provides guests with a hammam and sauna, a gym with fitness equipment, a small cinema, Billiard room, foosball table and a ping pong table. The villa has an office that is 12m2. The villa also has a laundry room.

The villa provides daily cleaning and a dedicated Tailor to organise your tailor-made holiday. You can ask your Tailor for additional services at any moment, among our services, transportation, a sports coach, a personal chef, a babysitter and many others. The villa offers safety and comfort to future guests by always including final cleaning with full disinfection.
