The 4-bedroom luxurious villa has all its rooms fully air-conditioned. 3 of the rooms have colossal double beds and one room has 2 single beds. One of the rooms is the master bedroom which has a king-sized bed and is connected to the second bedroom making it an ideal family suite for all the couples. The rooms are fully furnished. Boundary House has rooms available for couples who have their children with them, an entire family suite that has some extensive wooden furniture and lovely décor using some vibrant color coordination. The other bedrooms also have some very good amenities that make the guests feel at home. These bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms.

The sparkling water in the swimming pool would want anyone to dive in and especially when there’s some beautiful garden view alongside. The pool has the facility of the pool deck and lounge chairs for some who wish to take a sunbath or get themselves tanned a little. For some who want to stay away from direct sunlight, Boundary House has a great alternative for them as well; they can practice Yoga in the Yoga Shala before the sun rises. You can also relax in the veranda and enjoy the scenic view with a comfortable sitting.

Boundary house is quite spacious and that’s what makes it so beautiful, so much free space for guests and visitors to move around. The living room in itself is huge and so bright; thanks to the natural sunlight that makes the environment even more vibrant. You can even close the windows and relax as there’s air conditioning for your comfort. If you got some work, it can better with the ambiance; Boundary House has already taken care of as they have a ready setup for you. There are TV and DVD player for entertainment. Also, if you wish to have dinners in the open areas amidst nature, there’s a provision for the same, you can enjoy your meals watching some amazing views in nature’s backdrop that shall surely make your dinner a memorable one.

The staff in the villa includes the villa manager for the smooth running and functioning of the villa and a house chef who prepares some wonderful delicacies for the guests who check in.
