The fabulous 2 bedroom village view apartments is set within The Maples Niseko - a stylish 6-story condominium-hotel located at the foot of the beautiful Mt. Yotei. The 76 sq metres home, features 2 luxurious bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, open living spaces and fully equipped modern kitchen which is suited for up to 6 persons for maximum comfort. These apartment types are on levels 1-3 and make the ideal resting place for couples and small families. The family-friendly home exudes welcoming vibes.
A truly ski in, ski out accommodation, The Maples opens up to the ski slopes on one side while the other to the lively streets of Hirafuzaka. In addition, there are amenities onsite to cater to needs the residents. Beyond it, are ample eateries, shops and activities to explore, all of which are within proximity.
There are two luxuriously designed bedrooms and two bathrooms which offer a pleasant view of the surrounding village. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom whereas the other bedroom has a separate bathroom that can be found by the main entrance hallway. Each of the bedrooms has either plush double or twin beds and large closets. The rooms have ample space for an extra bed (Japanese futon) or a crib, which are available on request.
Residents of The Maples have the luxury of both ski-slope and street-side access, as it opens up on one side directly Ace Family Lift, from which you can access the entire ski fields of Annupuri, while the other side lines Hirafuzaka's lively main street, combining the best of both worlds; nature's grandeur and urban comforts. In addition, within the complex, is a cafe and restaurant to cater to residents' needs in case you don’t feel like heading out.
The indoor areas boost clean and attractive designs with huge windows all round allowing in natural light as well as stunning views of the surrounding ski slopes, village and Mt Yotei. It features a big, nicely equipped, open concept living/kitchen with an additional ceiling height that liberates with a sense of enhanced spaciousness and a subtle colour palette that fits the surrounding scenery. For guests to rest and unwind after an exciting day out, there is a flat-screen Smart TV with Japanese TV stations and English TV channels, as well as a wide plush sofa.The kitchen contains a stove, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, tea & coffee facilities, oven, kettle, toaster, cutlery/plates, cooking utensils and dishwasher, making meal preparation easy. A dining table for four is available for that intimate dining session.
The 24-hour front desk is manned by an award-winning team and is always ready to assist you with your stay. Cleaning is complimentary and will be provided every 2 days with a mid-staying cleaning every 4 days. Our concierge team will assist you with other services you need such as activities bookings, requests for extra bed, baby cot or highchair, ski pass purchases and many more. These extra services may come with extra charges.
As the property is positioned in the heart of Hirafu, it is surrounded by many things to eat, see and do. At Niseko, there is everything for everyone. The Grand Hirafu is a minute's walking distance from the home. Throughout the year you can enjoy spa treatments while the kids club an international childcare centre (for 1-6 yo) and adventure park will keep the little ones occupied. Winter activities include skiing, ski lessons, snowboarding, cross country skiing and in the summer, experience activities such as fly fishing, golfing, mountain biking and hiking. The ski village can be reached either on foot or on the free shuttle (every 15 minutes) where you’ll find an array of restaurants, cafes, bars and retail stores.
