Can Gafarro is a new build with technical ingenuity, and very conveniently located between Ibiza town, Playa den Bossa, and Cala Yondal. The villa has five decent sized bedrooms and four bathrooms, and a swimming pool. The villa has a Balinese meet Ibiza feel and is very relaxed and bohemian while still in keeping with stylish luxury.
There are two bedrooms downstairs, which, in addition to air conditioning, have plenty of cupboard space and a make-up table. The double French doors in the bedrooms provide access to a cozy, sheltered terrace at the side of the house. These two bedrooms both have 2x2 box spring beds of 90x200cm that can be placed separately if desired (just like the other rooms except the master bedroom). There is an Ibiza-style bathroom with a 2-person bath, separate rain shower, and a double sink. Upstairs are three fantastic air-conditioned bedrooms. All three bedrooms with box-spring beds have a private bathroom and access to the loggia balcony at the rear of the villa. All bedrooms have double fixed wardrobes at their disposal, are equipped with easy-action Domotica (home automation), have one or two balconies, and offer a 5-star hotel appearance. With a 4-light control panel next to each bed and an "all-out" button in the bedrooms. For the night there is dimmed automatic LED lighting with sensors. Exactly above all five toilets, in the entrance hall and the two halls near the bedrooms.
The outside space includes a large swimming pool, gardens, ample parking space for several cars in a lockable area for security. The opening of the gate is done electronically with remote control. To open from the inside, is a videophone installation, with a camera and the villa has a 24/7 camera system. There is also a large outdoor dining table and BBQ for alfresco dining.
The interior of the villa includes the dining room with seating for ten guests, two living/sitting rooms, both with a smart TV and underfloor heating/ AC. The round tower room is an ideal and attractive place to chat and have a drink with a large group. Also, there are Bowers @ Wilkins speakers and a sound system with Bluetooth connection. The semi-open kitchen is in Ibiza style and equipped with modern built-in appliances from the Bosch brand. There is a sea view from the second floor of the villa.

The villa is located on the southwest part of Ibiza, in the quiet residential area of Sa Carocca. This luxurious and comfortable villa is located on a dead-end street in this neighbourhood. Precisely situated between Ibiza Town and the beautiful beaches of Les Salinas and Cala Jondal with its popular Beach clubs "Tropicana", "Blue Marlin" and "Yemanja". The villa is an ideal base for the famous hotspots on this beautiful island. All reachable in 5 to 10 minutes. The villa is not in the middle of nowhere but is conveniently located, close to supermarkets and several Ibizan coffee shops. The surrounding villas also like peace and quiet, and therefore outdoor music and parties are not allowed. The airport is 5km away.
