The classic holiday villa’s four bedrooms are plush, cozy, and comfortable. Designed for maximum comfort, simplicity and pleasant warm tones are the signatures of each bedroom. With three double bedrooms and one room with four single beds, the rooms in the property are able to accommodate up to ten people per stay. Each of the three bedrooms in the main house feature a double bed, windows, night stands, and wardrobe. The master suite of the house offers a special access to a private balcony with a magnificent view of the lake. Four contemporary bathrooms are also available in the villa, separated from the bedrooms.
A night stay in the property allows guests to enjoy the views of the terrace and the lake, and have a restful good night's sleep before embarking on another day of adventures and family time around the lovely lake town Varenna.

From its shady terraces and sunny patios, Villa Capuana offers a beautiful view of the lake. You may relax with a book on the patio and be lulled into by the sound of the lake’s gentle waves. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are preferably served al fresco, right next to the lake with spectacular views of the old town.

Villa Capuana’s living room interiors are an embodiment of classic elegance meets comfort, with all of the conveniences you'll need to feel right at home. There is a TV in the living room, classic style wooden bench, a chandelier, contemporary paintings, and comfy sofas for guests to snuggle during movie nights. The second spacious living room offers access to the garden and adjoined dining area that can seat up to 10 people. Next to it is a fully equipped kitchen where you may cook your favorite dishes to be served while enjoying the cool breeze that flows through the property.
Indoor-outdoor living is made simple with easy access to the sunny terraces and garden. You may relax on the plush couches to watch movies, play billiards, and watch the sunset into the horizon, which is ideal for families and friends who want to spend quality time together.

Villa Capuana has a welcoming staff who will be on hand from the moment you arrive to ensure that you are comfortable and settled in. They will perform housekeeping and maintenance services throughout your stay to ensure that the villa is kept in excellent shape, but they will keep their presence to a minimum.
On request, additional services like private chefs, groceries, excursions, and airport transfers can be provided with additional fees.
