Villa Davicini boasts four comfortable and elegant bedrooms. The bedrooms are complete with central heating and cooling for comfort whatever the weather. The bedrooms are each equipped with large comfortable beds in three rooms and twin beds in the fourth; perfect for the kids. The stylish and thoughtfully decorated bedrooms are fully equipped with linens and duvets and overlook the lovely gardens.

Villa Davicini has 4 bathrooms; two are ensuite and two family bathrooms with a bathtub and all featuring walk-in showers and fluffy towels.

With the villas access to the terrace area conveniently located close to the living areas, including the kitchen, preparing and serving meals outdoors is a pleasure. The terrace boasts a barbeque, lounge and sitting area and spectacular views out across the mountains including the picturesque gardens.
The villa has ample private parking provided onsite.

The swimming pool is a lovely feature of this beautiful home, heated, 12 x 8 meters with a depth to 2.5 meters and fenced if needed; it’s the oasis in the midst of the lush gardens, with ample sun loungers. There is a change room with bathroom, shower and gym in this area also for those wishing to do more than just lounge!
The outdoor area comes complete with large, verdant lawns, and is the perfect spot for the children to run and play.

The expansive stylish lounge area Villa Davicini is sun drenched, bright and very comfortable. With ample plush seating and dining space for five, a large open fireplace and windows and glass doors opening to the terrace and gardens, guests are sure to feel instantly at home. There are distinct areas for all guests to be perfectly comfortable. A tv area and a more formal spot for games or just curling up with a good book completes the lounge area. There is also a small dining table, perfect for board games or a quick snack. The lounge area boasts Wifi and a satellite TV for guests convenience.

Conveniently located adjacent to the lounge area is the kitchen, well-appointed with pots and pans, and is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, toaster and utensils; all its guests could possibly need to prepare gourmet meals for a night in or a beautiful meal overlooking the stunning backdrop of the lush gardens. The kitchen also houses another dining table and chairs.
