Its luxuriously designed bedrooms are spread across the two levels of the house. You’ll find one double bedroom with an attached bathroom on the ground floor while the remaining four bedrooms, which comprise two twin rooms and two double rooms, are housed on the upper level. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and fitted with mosquito screens. There is also a children’s room which has a bunk bed and a single bed, perfect for sharing between the younger and older children. While all its attached bathrooms are wonderfully fitted with relaxing showers, bathtub, top of the range toiletries and vanities.

Set within secured grounds, the vast outdoor space has everything for everyone. Surrounded by beautifully pruned lawns, hedges and pretty flowers, it is a lovely spot to relax. The thought of wanting to take a refreshing dip in the cool waters of Lake Maggiore comes to mind especially during those hot Italian summers. Fret not, just head on to the inviting turquoise pool for that refreshing dip. If you wish just to recline and enjoy the sunshine, you may do so on the many sun loungers by the pool. Kids can have playtime at the play area with playhouse, slide and swing so you can relax with little interruption. The covered terrace is a wonderful spot for al-fresco dining as it has a 12 seater dining table and comfy chairs set up.

You will feel relaxed the moment you step into the open-layout living area. Its spaciousness and ultra comfortable sofas makes it a great space for relaxing while enjoying the outstanding vistas through the large sliding door which also provides access to the spacious covered terrace, great for tea. A large wall-mounted tv is also placed in the living area should you fancy some entertainment during the night. In the corner, shelves of books await to be picked up, while you enjoy the reading on the comfy lazy chairs taking in the views of the beautiful mountain and lake from the huge floor to ceiling windows. The dining area is warm and cozy with its beautiful dining table and rattan chair ready for mealtimes. The modern kitchen, with its large two-door refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, stove and hob, dishwasher and many more, offers the opportunity to whip up delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at its stylish breakfast bar and table while taking in more beautiful vistas.

Our superfriendly team goes beyond and above to ensure you a memorable stay at Villa Tessa. As a family-friendly property, baby cot and high chair is also provided for those with toddlers. In addition to the standard services, our team can certainly assist with making arrangements for other services you may need, which typically include, extra cleaning, babysitting/childcare, pre-stocked fridge, private chef, catering services, airport transfers, welcome hamper, personal trainer and massage, boat rental, local day-trips or tours and many more, at a little extra costs.
