Antico Casolare is a stunning two-story villa with a total of ten beautiful bedrooms, each with a private en-suite. The villa's exterior is stunning with manicured gardens, lush foliage and an inviting swimming pool. Inside you will find a treasure trove of stunning antiques, warm lighting and cosy corners. This wonderful villa also comes with a separate cottage with an independent entrance for those who enjoy a little more privacy. It is located in the beautiful area of Montemaggiore Al Metauro in the north of Le Marche.
Each of the ten sumptuous bedrooms in Antico Casolare provides a feeling of elegant sophistication with original tile floors and exposed beam ceilings. The bedrooms emanate the sun with warm orange tones and soft golden lighting creating an ambience of tranquillity. Each of these charming bedrooms has plush double beds with TVs for entertainment and plenty of wardrobe space. The windows look out onto stunning gardens, and the separate cottage has one double bed with the possibility of adding another single bed.
The outside area of this villa is breathtaking and creates the feeling of being in your very own fairytale. Roses curl up walls while 100-year-old trees rustle in the soft Italian breeze and the swimming pool invites you in. The covered terrace area has plenty of garden seating with alfresco dining areas perfect for using the BBQ. The driveway to the villa is stunning, with perfectly maintained gardens lining either side as you approach the gorgeous green shuttered estate. The swimming pool has plenty of sun loungers and parasol and is surrounded by pink pot plants.
As you enter this rustic abode, you are immediately drawn into the feeling of a home away from home with charming Italian knick nacks, plant pots and plenty of reading material scattered around. The living room is cosy with a huge open fireplace, TV and comfy blue and white striped vintage sofas. The kitchen is located on the ground floor with a lovely door that opens out into the green gardens. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. The dining room has a spacious dining table and a games table. There is a view of either the swimming pool, gardens or surrounding valley from each window.
The villa offers safety and comfort to future guests by always including final cleaning, fresh bed linens and full disinfection to adhere to Covid standards. Sheets and towels are provided for free, and you can find an extra set of pillows if you prefer softer or harder ones. The villa also offers a change of sheets and a clean every seven days.
Antico Casolare is located in Montemaggiore Al Metauro a charming walled town in the north of Marche. This stunning Medieval castle wraps around the winding cobbled stone streets of this beautiful town. In the distance, you can see the glittering Adriatic Sea to the east across rolling green hills. The city has a piazza with a town hall. Here you will find an array of excellent Italian restaurants and little shops.
