It is designed specifically with tranquility in mind as it is surrounded by luscious green tropical plants, making it the perfect getaway with friends and family.

The villa has three spacious bedrooms where guests can come back for a peaceful slumber. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom where guests can take long, refreshing showers for a rejuvenating start to the day.
The bedrooms are also equipped with a television set where guests can kick back and relax before sleeping. Upon waking up, guests are ensured of a refreshing morning as guests will be able to step out to the terrace of the Master bedroom or open the large windows of bedrooms 1 and 2 to enjoy the gorgeous blue ocean views.
Villa Baan Kata Sooksan is built with a long terrace overlooking the luscious green tropical plants, promising guests of a refreshing start to the day. Guests can also relax in the sunken jacuzzi with friends and family while catching up on conversations while having a cold drink.
To fight off the tropical weather, guests can take a dip in the shared swimming pool. Guests will be able to take a relaxing swim in the crisp, cool, blue water that is 1.9 metres deep or, just lounge on the sunbeds to work on their tans.
Upon stepping in Villa Baan Kata Sooksan, guests will be transported to Thai heaven with its cosy indoors. There, guests will be able to go barefooted and relax on the homely wicker sofa while reading a good book. Pair it up with a cold beverage, guests will definitely feel inspired and refreshed.
Bright and airy, waking up in the holiday villa will not be a disappointment as guests will be able to enjoy their breakfast that they prepared in the well-equipped kitchen on the dining table that seats up to six people. The dining area overlooks the Andaman sea, definitely giving guests a dining experience with a view.
At Villa Baan Kata Sooksan, guests’ needs are a priority. There, guests can make requests through the personal service offered by the friendly villa staff including an on-call villa manager. The villa is clean with its daily housekeeping. For parents traveling with children, there will be a babysitter service available at an extra cost.
To experience the ultimate Thailand escape, guests can request for a massage or a beauty therapist also for an extra cost. Guests can also hire a private chef at an extra cost to prepare lunch and/or dinner with a menu of Thai meals and western dishes, upon request.
Villa Baan Kata Sooksan has access to Phuket’s best beaches and attractions. Guests can visit Phuket’s finest, Kata Noi beach located just 800 metres away with their loved ones. For surfers, they are recommended to visit Kata and Kata Noi Beaches as they are top surfing spots with board rentals and surfing lessons available. Guests can also take a cruise to the Phang Nga Bay, dive or snorkel at Raya Island or Phi Phi Islands or explore Phuket’s sacred site such as Wat Chalong, the largest Buddhist temple and to the nearby Big Buddha, a 45 metre white marble statue on top of the island’s highest hills.
