The thickly clad greenery around the Baan Yai and the jaw-dropping oceanfront makes this villa a picture-perfect vacation spot for some authentic tropical feel. There are five bedrooms, capable of accommodating 12 guests, 3 bathrooms, and 2 pools. Ramp access facility is available on the ground floor. Baan Ya Kha, its adjacent villa, and Baan Yai can be rented together and adjusts up to 20 guests.
This 5 bedroom villa is big enough to accommodate 12 guests. The ground floor has 3 fully-furnished bedrooms, king beds in two rooms along with smart electronics like AC and a flat screen 50” TV, safe box and an en-suite bathroom; the third air-conditioned bedroom has twin single beds along with a TV. The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the top level, each having king beds, air conditioners, fans, smart TVs and convertible sofas that double as space for 2 extra guests.
The foliage has a dense spread with soaring palm trees, sure to lend those beach-like vibes. The outdoor swimming pool is a shallow one, mainly for kids to have fun. Adults can chill, sunbathe, and enjoy their drinks on the shady recliners as they watch over their kids. The outer open space of the Baan Yai is an apt choice if you wish to host a social gathering there.
The living area is mainly constructed on a wall-less and open concept. The furnishings are in a mixture of woody, cream and earthy textures with a sprinkle of green here and there so that you feel that you're closer to nature. The shady lamps and the sundowners during evening create a cozy environment to spend some relaxing time. High ceilings and unbounded connectedness among different areas make up for the spacious and naturally lit living area of the Baan Yai. The indoors have beautiful potted plants place at various corners.
You can enjoy the lushness of the scenic poolside by reclining on the comfy sofas or the back-tilted chairs. The kitchen is an open area, with the modern cooking amenities and a breakfast counter with high-rise stools. For fostering communal dining, an unusual and splendid dining space has been created. It has 2 long benches with the proper cutlery spread so that your family eats and laughs together. Nights can be relished in the media lounge for a cinematic time.
Laundry and massage services can be availed at extra costs. For entertainment purposes, stereo, board games, and home cinema can be enjoyed. Off-street parking facility is present. The Baan Yai villa allows the guests to bring forth their furry friends too.
Convenience stores, bakery shops, and a pharmacy are 200 meters from Baan Yai. Hunger pangs can be satiated at Romanzo Tropicale and L’Alcove for Italian and French delicacies respectively. You can also be interested in a wide range of select beers at Belgian Beer Bar nearby.
Nightlife comes lively at Haad Rin Beach, a 20-25 minute ride from the villa. The Koh Pha Ngan's famous monthly Full Moon Party hosted here is an excellent draw. Indulge in Hin Kong Beach and its saintly cool environment or just head off for a nightly stroll.
You can get some insight and classes for yoga and fitness at the Orion Healing Center, Gaia Yogashala Koh Pha Ngan or the Samma Karuna; all are within a driving duration of 8-9 minutes. Khao Ra, offering a half-day hike and Than Sadet Waterfall, where you get to hike among the massive pools, are adventure-laden as well as fit for some exploration of nature.
