The five bedrooms are spread over two levels. The ground floor has the Romantic Room with a private entrance. It has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two guests can sleep in the two sofa beds you will find in the living area. On the first floor, you will find the Renaissance Room with a king bed, the Art Deco room with a queen bed, and the Liberty Room where an adult and two children can stay. There is also a fourth bedroom at this level with a sofa bed, which is good for two kids or an adult. Antique furnishings, unique lighting, stone walls, and wooden flooring provides a very nice touch and serene ambiance.

But it is the 10,000 square meters garden that makes this rental property truly unique. It stretches majestically across the valley for what seems like forever. You will see many wild oaks, olive and cypress trees, and trees that only a botanist will know. Enrico Caneva, the connoisseur of Mediterranean plants, has selected many of them personally. Hiking paths meander through the forest and groves. The pool terrace within the greenery looks very inviting. Take a dip in the cool water or relax on a poolside lounger. Many sunbeds are also placed on the lawn for you to absorb the warm Mediterranean sun. Read a book, listen to music, or hear the many birds singing their own songs.

The interior is full of character. Villa Arte Tuscany has two living rooms, the first in antique style with a stone wall and checkered flooring. The table here will be very handy if you have to work on your laptop during your holiday. The fireplace will keep you warm on a cold evening. The second living area is modern. It has plush sofas and a small library. The villa never gets crowded even for a large group, thanks to its two living rooms. There is never a boring wall inside, thanks to the pop art of Thomas Diego Armonia, one of the owners of this estate in Liguria. The outdoor and indoor dining areas can seat all 12 guests. The kitchen has many modern appliances – a refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.

When you stay here, you can use all utilities, pool towels, linen, internet, and others. Gardeners are in charge to keep the area clean. Midweek cleaning, final cleaning, and heating come at an additional charge.
