Architectured into a cliff, the villa’s distribution is over several levels, characterized by high ceilings, large windows, classic furniture, a sprawling terrace as its centerpoint, and a magnificent infinity pool - besides the spectacular vistas overlooking the Meditteranean Sea, the islands of Gorgona and Capraia, and even as far as Elba and Corsica on clear days. Built with 6 bedrooms and which can accommodate 8 guests, they can be found on the different sections and floors to afford guests additional privacy and space.
The 6 bedrooms at Villa Campolecciano are all segregated across the different areas to grant guests with additional privacy and space. Take the stairs up to the 1st floor and guests will have the Master Bedroom found, adorned in a romantic palette of classy pink shades and with its own private balcony that makes the perfect spot for a relaxing coffee or breakfast overlooking the scenery. Its ensuite bathroom is decked in the more masculine blue tiles but which makes a good contrasting match of colours. On this floor, guests will find 2 other bedrooms spread across, namely a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both of which have been designed in equal elegance featuring either warm floral or striped prints, paired against the breathtaking views outdoors. There is 1 single bedroom and its ensuite bathroom that can be found in the tower, apt for either a single guest or a teenager. Downstairs on the ground floor, are where 2 other double bedrooms are located, both which share a bathroom.
The villa’s outdoors are nestled among oak trees and lush local vegetation, while designed with a sprawling 100 sq metres terrace and a magnificent infinity pool - all fantastic spots that allow guests with the perfect escapade even without having to step out of the property to check out the sea or coastline. In fact, the terrace is dubbed as the centre point of the villa for it houses comfortable outdoor furniture or seating and a splendid alfresco dining area that looks out to the panoramic Mediterranean Sea and various islands over the horizon. Framing the infinity pool are sun loungers, and near it are the changing room, shower facility and a ping pong table for which guests could have a game or two before or after a swim, as fun relaxing hours with friends and family.
Distributed across several levels, the villa is characterised by high ceilings and large windows, all of which provide an airy and welcoming vibe to the living hall that has been tastefully and exceptionally decorated with classic furniture, a vast open fireplace and a Feurich piano. A large French window that is built here opens out to the spacious terrace outside, and from the living hall, guests will come to meet the cosy country-style and themed dining room with its round dining table and wooden chairs accompanied by lots of floral arrangements for the sunny outlook, as well as the fully-equipped kitchen and pantry area.
