The 3 spaciously heated and air-conditioned bedrooms complete with 3 bathrooms accommodates 7 guests comfortably. The 94m2 property is situated in a perfect location for holidays and adventures. Apartment Agba overlooks the the stunning countryside with a balcony and floor to ceiling windows and doors to optimise the spectacular views. Agba is fully equipped with high-end appliances, super-luxe mattresses, and luxury linens, which makes spending time indoors a pleasure.
Agba Apartment is equipped with three warm and beautifully styled bedrooms. The bedrooms complete with underfloor heating and air-conditioning for all seasons. Guests have the choice of different sleeping arrangements. With the option of 3 king beds, which can be converted to twin beds on request, and two bunk beds, guests have a good choice as to how they rest for the perfect night’s sleep. The lovely bedrooms are fully equipped with luxury linens, pillows, and duvets.
The delightful Agba Apartment boasts a lovely large terrace area conveniently located close to the main entrance and dining room, with its own outdoor bbq, the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee gazing across the enchanting views. There is also a lovely hot tub in the apartment for bubbling away the aches of the day. The apartment comes with plenty of undercover parking, a ski locker, and a boot warmer to make those cold mornings a little easier.
The lounge area is spacious and very chic. With ample seating and high loft-style ceilings, guests are sure to feel instantly comfortable. The lounge area boasts Wifi and a satellite TV for guest's convenience. Up the private stairs is the reading nook built in the attic with lovely windows for optimal sunshine. This is a sunny restful spot to indulge in a good book nestled in a comfy bean bag.
Conveniently located adjacent to the lounge area is the dining area with a lovely big table and chairs perfect for games as well as magnificent meals. The area is completed by a well-appointed modern kitchen with pots and pans, an oven, stovetop, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, toaster and utensils, and a washing machine and dryer; all guests could possibly need to prepare gourmet meals for a night in or a beautiful meal overlooking the stunning backdrop of the mountains.
With air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout and final cleaning, apartment Agba welcomes its guests with arrival out of schedule option available. The apartment also comes with access to the onsite wellness centre featuring an indoor pool, gym, outdoor jacuzzi, and hammam available at an extra charge.

Located minutes away from the lovely town of Morzine, the apartment is very central for guests. Not too far from the comfort of your own countryside home, just a 10 min walk, are the stunning slopes of the first piste. Guests can be swishing down the pristine runs in minutes! The quaint town of Morzine is a 10-minute walk in the other direction, where shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife abounds. Perhaps enjoy a stroll around shops or supermarkets or just wander around the town. For the more energetic holiday goers, all sorts of winter fun are readily available including skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, snowboarding and just having fun building snowmen if the mood takes you! There is also so much to do for guests in the warmer months with fairytale lakes and forests to explore, horse riding, cycling, and hiking to name but a few activities to choose from.
