This six-bedroom chalet a kilometer away from Morzine and its ski lifts is perfect for a family getaway. The chalet offers spectacular views of the snow laden landscape outside with the fresh mountain breeze and the winter sun shining down. Everything from its warm bedrooms to the modern comforts is just what you need for a relaxing holiday.
Chalet Doux Abri features six bedrooms—five of which are ensuite. Each bedroom has a plush double bed with the softest bed linen. You have glass doors to take you to your private balcony. Ample storage room, heating, a lone chair and a cozy vibe give you a heavenly ambiance. There are windows in rooms that don’t have balcony access. The sixth bedroom is perfect for kids with a double bed and bunk beds. The ensuite bathrooms are fitted with a walk-in shower and basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
The exteriors are simply a blanket of pristine, powdery snow as far as the eyes can see. You get to explore this landscape to your heart’s content. You can take your ski gear to the slopes as the Morzine ski lifts are nearby. If you want to stay indoors, there is a wellness area with a hot tub and sauna to release all the toxins, leaving you feeling utterly refreshed.
Wooden interiors with exposed beams and trusses add a warmth and charm to Chalet Doux Abri’s living room. It’s straight out of a Christmas story. The fire kindles in the hearth while you bundle up in front of it. The furry rug and the plush sofa will make you feel sleepy almost immediately. The living area features sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. If you want to get some fresh air, you can head out and relax with a hot drink.
The room expands to accommodate the dining area and kitchen. The dining table can comfortably accommodate guests and you can even take your food outdoors. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with a coffee machine to help you wake up in the morning.
The chalet is self-serviced providing you with everything you need all in place. Daily cleaning isn’t included, but you can request for additional services, and may be charged extra. There is a ski room where you can store your gear and dry off your snow boots.
