With 4 spacious centrally heated bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and accommodating comfortably 8 guests, the 180m2 property is the perfect home away from home for family or friends to enjoy this beautiful part of the world. The chalet is set over three levels, built on the sunny side of the mountain, ensuring lovely bright light throughout the day.
Chalet Moulin III is equipped with four stylish and comfortable bedrooms. The bedrooms, complete with central climate control for all seasons, have the choice of different sleeping arrangements. With the option of 4 king beds, or on request 8 twin beds, guests can choose how they rest for a good night’s sleep. The beautifully decorated bedrooms are fully equipped with quality linens and duvets. Chalet Moulin III boasts 4 bright, airy and modern ensuite bathrooms, equipped with luxury towels and toiletries. Each room has a lovely rain shower, bedroom 3 aslo comes complete with a bathtub to soothe those aching bones.
With access to the terrace area conveniently located both close to the kitchen and living areas, preparing and serving meals, coffee or even a cocktail outdoors is a pleasure. For those wishing to indulge there is a hot tub located in the garden also.
The lounge areas of this beautiful chalet are spacious and stylish. With comfortable seating and high loft style ceilings with exposed beams, and stunning views across the slopes, guests are sure to feel instantly relaxed. The lounge areas boast Wifi satellite TV and smart tv for guests enjoyment. The lovely dining area is adjacent to the lounge, with beautiful views from the floor to ceiling windows and balcony doors, this is the perfect spot to enjoy a home cooked meal or play some board games with family and friends.
The chalet boasts a well-appointed kitchen with pots and pans, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and utensils; all guests could possibly need to prepare gourmet meals for a night in or a beautiful meal overlooking the lovely backdrop of the alps.
With central air conditioning throughout and final cleaning, Chalet Moulin III welcomes its guests for any arrival time; with arrival out of schedule option available. The villa also comes equipped for the little ones, with a stretch of grass for the kids to run around. A baby crib and a highchair are also supplied. The chalet comes complete with undercover car parking and a ski locker. Upon check-in and check out the villa is fully disinfected for the health and safety of its guests.
Located just 10 minutes walk away from the quaint town of Les Gets the chalet is very central for guests wanting both relaxation and adventure. Not too far from the comfort of your own countryside home, health and beauty providers, cinema, restaurants and bars, supermarkets and even a bowling alley, Guests can enjoy a stroll around shops or supermarkets and wander around the town. For the more energetic holiday goers, a ski lift is literally located in the backyard of the chalet ensuring guests easy access to the slopes, which are within minutes. The beautiful town of Evian-les-Bains is approx. 20kms from the chalet. Guests wishing to experience the joys of this world famous town will be overwhelmed by the choices of health treatments. Those guests looking for a little culture will enjoy a trip to The Notre-Dame-d’Abondance abbey (14kms from the chalet) with its beautiful painted murals.
