The stylish 4 bedroom panorama penthouse is part of the newly opened The Vale Rusutsu complex. With a capacity to accommodate 10 persons, these penthouses are on the top floor (10th Floor) and are located on both the north and south sides of the building. It offers sublime views of either the golf courses, mountains or ski area. Guests can also enjoy spectacular Hokkaido views in all directions.

Our friendly concierge team will take care of all your needs during your stay. There is an onsite reception desk to answer all your inquiries. Complimentary cleaning services are provided every 2 days with a mid-stay cleaning every 4 days. Our resourceful concierge team can help make arrangements for all other required services, such as acquiring ski passes, arranging ski lessons, childcare services, and booking for onsen/spa treatment. These additional services come with separate charges. For those intending to drive here, ample parking is available onsite.

The areas have plenty of famous powder snow, hence, making it a preferred resort in Hirafu. Its strategic location makes it easy for guests to transition to apres-ski.
