Villa Lorenzo is a beautiful private villa, with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, a swimming pool and is ideal for experiencing the stunning Ibizan countryside. Villa Lorenzo has all the necessary amenities for a relaxing holiday for families or friends. The villa is situated along a private road without traffic passing by and is surrounded by nature. It is just around the corner from the village of San Lorenzo.
In the main house, there are six bedrooms which are all en-suite. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. There are two bedrooms with double beds, both with en suite bathroom with shower. The 4th bedroom has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. The last two bedrooms all have terrace access and open out onto the swimming pool. These two bedrooms have a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower.
The swimming pool (6x10m) is surrounded by several terraces and some relaxing double lounge beds with parasols. There is a second kitchen next to the pool alongside the indoor dining room and BBQ, which can be fully opened up through its wooden doors, maintaining the al fresco feeling. There are lots of grassy areas and a paddling pool for kids to enjoy. The villa is on enclosed grounds and has an alarm system. It also has an outdoor music system.
The villa can be accessed through the patio doors on the covered terrace and features a cosy living room with a TV and a large open fireplace. The room has beautiful exposed beams. The dining room which seats eight is located between the living room and the fully-fitted kitchen. The villa provides a washing machine and a stereo system for indoors. There is also another dining table area with seating for eight. The villa is child and wheelchair friendly. The villa has middle eastern accents mixed with Ibiza flair; this villa is a fantastic holiday rental for families or groups of friends.
The villa provides bedlinen, bath towels and final cleaning.
The villa is situated along a private road without traffic passing by and is surrounded by nature. It is just around the corner from the village of San Lorenzo, which is a tiny village, the hotspot restaurant here is “La Paloma” with its beautiful garden, freshly squeezed juice and organic food. Santa Eularia and Santa Gertrudis are just a 15-minute drive away. One of the closest beaches is Benirras, which is 10 kilometres away, while Ibiza Town is just a 25-minute drive from the villa. The airport is 23.2km away and the nearest supermarket us 1.7km.
