This four-bedroom villa features everything that you will need for a self-sufficient stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen and cosy living area with a TV. Step outside and lush countryside views open up before you. As you lounge under the sun, swim in your infinity pool or enjoy an alfresco meal made on the barbecue, the idyllic scenery will have you feeling as though you’ve discovered your own, private paradise.
Whichever room you call home at Villa San Pepe will be designed in a bright and airy style, with views onto the terrace or garden through large windows and double doors. Each main room centres around a wide double bed, topped with provided linens and pillows. All of the rooms also offer ample storage space in large wardrobes, all arranged under quaint ceiling beams, which provide a traditional ambience. Bedrooms one and three are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the garden. The only upstairs bedroom has its own private balcony with picturesque views over the Ibizan countryside. There is also an additional bedroom that can accommodate an additional two travellers on bunk beds.
The most important thing about any Ibizan villa is whether you’ll have space to spend your days lounging under the Balearic sunshine. With a sprawling garden, nestled among tranquil fields and rolling hills, Villa San Pepe does not disappoint. Step outside and you’ll first find yourself on the modern sun deck, where you can relax on a lounger and enjoy stunning countryside views. Walk a little further and you’ll find the 30 square metre infinity pool, featuring steps and a shallow end so even the smallest members of the family can enjoy the cool water safely. The pool is adjacent to a shaded dining area with a six-seater table and a barbecue, which gives way to the verdant lawn where you can enjoy a picnic or end the day stargazing beneath the inky sky.
With rustic beams and terracotta floors, the interiors at Villa San Pepe are timeless and chic. The living room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, offering enough space for several guests to lounge in comfort as they watch a movie on the TV. The space is semi-open plan, as only a traditional archway separated the living room and dining space. The fully-equipped kitchen is adjacent and offers the full range of up-to-date appliances and amenities that you’ll need for a self-catering getaway, laid-out amid a bright, natural design.
During your stay at Villa San Pepe you’ll have access to free internet, parking and satellite TV. You can also arrange for there to be air-conditioning if you get in touch in advance of your arrival. Villa San Pepe is located in a tranquil area of Northern Ibiza amid verdant hills, fields and forests. The nearest town is the seaside village of Cala Sant Vincent, where you’ll find not only the essentials such as a supermarket and pharmacy but also a stunning secluded beach and a few local bars, restaurants and cafes. Cala Sant Vincent is also home to some excellent coastal hiking trails, one of which features an abandoned fort. One of the best things about Ibiza is how easy it is to travel around by car due to its small size. If you’d like to take a day trip, Ibiza Town is less than an hour’s drive away.
