With a double bedroom and a double sofa bed, this charming villa overlooking the stunning sea is perfect for a small family or a couple.

Ancora 1 House is equipped with modern comforts like a fully-equipped kitchen, TV and DVD player, washing facility and more. You have everything you need, along with a stunning view and access to the best of Mallorca right on your doorstep.
You have a master bedroom with white ceilings and exposed wooden beams, polished floors and minimal nautical inspired décor. The comfortable double bed guarantees a good night’s rest while a plush armchair by the window makes for a cosy reading nook. There is a wall niche with books and décor so you can take your pick and lose yourself in a good paperback or two. The ensuite bathroom is spacious with a luxurious bathtub and other modern amenities. You can make use of the sofa bed for two additional guests.
When it comes to the outdoors at Ancora 1 House, you are looking at the Mediterranean Sea in all its glory. As a seafront villa, you have access to the soft sands you can dig your toes in, the beautiful turquoise water of the Mediterranean Sea and views sweeping the horizon. Sunrise or sunset, you can enjoy long, unperturbed walks on the beach without a care in the world. The villa has a lovely four-seater dining table outdoors on the patio for meals in the fresh air and by the sea.

Ancora 1 House is a fully-furnished and well-equipped villa by the sea offering luxurious amenities for a comfortable stay. You can even rent private taxis in case you want to explore the neighbourhood. If you are travelling with children, you can request baby cots, high chairs.
The location could not be more ideal as you are right next to the sea and can easily walk to the sandy shores. Restaurants, bars, cafes and shops are all within walking distance to Cala San Vicente. The bus station is 500 m from the property, making it easier to travel to other places near Cala Barques.
