St Antoine Private Residences is a complex of 34 apartments and penthouse suites, located in the secluded part of Goodman, north Mauritius. The suites offered at this complex either have two bedrooms or three, so you can choose which one suitsyour family or travel group.
The property is managed by LOV (Luxury Ocean Vacation) Mauritius, which prides itself in giving a luxurious holiday experience to its customers. This is evident in St Antoine’s well-maintained shared facilities, including an Olympic-sized swimming pool, expansive gardens, spacious relaxation areas and a poolside restaurant.
The bustling area of Grand Baie is only a half-hour car ride away from the Residences. There, you will find many restaurants, beach clubs, shopping centres and water-related attractions. You can find any activities that suit your interest in the coastal area.
Two-bedroom and three-bedroom suites are offered at this luxurious complex, styled with modern decor. Each suite houses a Master bedroom, with a super comfy king-sized bed, an air conditioner, ample wardrobe spaces, flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom of the two-bedroom units has the same amenities. The three-bedroom layout is a little different; the second and third rooms are furnished with twin single and queen beds, though also air-conditioned, and share a bathroom with the same amenities as the ensuite.
From the suites’ private terraces, you can see most of the Residences 17-acre green estate. In the distance, there’s the view of the ocean, looking especially gorgeous when the golden afternoon rays hit it; a good backdrop for your outdoor terrace party. On a good day, you can see the neighbouring Ile D’Ambre. A few steps down from the buildings of the residences, there is a shared outdoor area, accessible for all guests staying at the property. It includes extensive green areas, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, timber decks that run along the length of the pool and a restaurant with a poolside dining area. If you want to take a leisurely break, you can pop down and jump in the pool or grab a bite to eat.
The heart of each suite is the Great Room, consisting of a joint kitchen/dining and living areas. The kitchen is well-equipped, so you can make your own meals if you feel like it. The kitchen is also kitted with an island benchtop that also doubles as an informal dining table. The living area features a set of super comfy plush couches, beanbags, a coffee table and a flat screen TV. When it gets too hot outside, this room is the place to be, with a ceiling fan and/or an air conditioner to cool its temperature down.
As well as the shared facilities mentioned previously, such as the swimming pool and restaurant plus bar, St Antoine Private Residences offer Mauritian cooking classes for its guests. Other premium additions include: meals prepared by professional chefs, kid-specific furniture and babysitting services, car and scooter rentals. Free wifi runs throughout each building. Daily housekeeping services are provided with every rental booking. You are assigned a free parking space near your suite building. Safety is guaranteed as there are 24H CCTV running around the buildings of St Antoine Private Residences.
Grand Baie is only a half-hour ride away from the property. There are lots to do there: shop in many of its shopping centres, spend a day at a few of the tourist-friendly beaches, sign up for a Catamaran cruise, go diving or dolphin watching. There are plenty of restaurants and beach clubs, too. However, if you want to go somewhere closer to eat, You can drive down to the centre of Goodlands, where places to eat are concentrated along the bustling A5/B15 road.
