The villa has two lovely bedrooms, one double and one twin room. Each is a lovely restful retreat featuring high-quality linens and exceptional bedding and is perfect for a wonderful night’s rest.
There is one bathroom for guests’ use, with walk-in shower and finished with lovely modern features.
Both the bedrooms and bathroom are comfortable and well designed with comfort in mind.
This pretty villa offers privacy with a lovely sun terrace for enjoying the wonderful Mallorcan sun. The villa offers a large 7 x 4m swimming pool with deck and sunbeds, a wonderfully private spot with picturesque views for hours of complete relaxation. There is an outdoor shower for guests’ convenience close to the pool.
There is a spacious lounge area and al fresco dining with BBQ adjacent to the beautiful pool, definitely the place to enjoy those balmy evenings with a glass or two of the excellent local wines.
Entering through the lovely front doors with shuttered windows on either side guests will love the feel of traditional modern flair the owners have lovingly created. The two-bedroom property comprises open living spaces, two lounge areas, and a modern kitchen.
The lounge area has large comfortable sofa and chairs, satellite TV and Wifi for guests’ enjoyment. The second lounge area is a sunny nook perfect for enjoying a great book with views of the sun terrace and swimming pool. The dining area has a lovely ornate table, chairs, and chandelier for enjoying delicious dinners.
The fully equipped modern kitchen is perfect with vitro ceramic hob and oven, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, all equipment and utensils, and table and chairs for casual meals. Beauty and functionality are a feature in this kitchen with lively pops of color incorporated in the cabinetry. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board supplied.
The wonderful villa staff will have thoroughly deep cleaned your lovely villa and freshly prepared your beds. The villa staff will also take care of the final cleaning for you, charged at 120euro. The air conditioning is on a timer from 8.00pm to 8.00am.
A baby cot and high chair are available for our smaller guests, please request on booking.
This property does not welcome pets and is nonsmoking, guests under 30 years must be accompanied by parents.
The villa is located within a short 4.7km to the beautiful sleepy little town, and guests can enjoy the delicious cuisines of the region with a choice of restaurants and cafes or perhaps browse the local shops and enjoy the Mallorcan hospitality.
Binissalem is at the foothills of the Serra di Tramuntana mountains, wonderful for hiking and mountain biking, or perhaps wander the local plains area with its vast swathe of orange and almond groves and vineyards. Tours and tastings at the vineyards are aplenty, and most have cellar door shops selling their delicious wines.
The pristine white sand beach of Playa de Palma is 29.4 kms away. This is a fabulous little town with nightlife, boardwalks, and lots to keep everyone entertained. The shopping mall FAN has something for everyone and an airconditioned respite on a hot day.
Golf de Puntiro golf course is 18kms away from the property and is a fun course for avid golfers.
