There are 5 bedrooms in Baan Kinaree and each is different from the other in terms of the décor and design provided. The furniture present in each room has been created from special Teak wood brought from Thailand. Each room has its own style and the color and furnishings provided are definitely a class apart and look mystifying indeed. The Villa has been made such that easily 10 people can reside in it without any space discomfort felt. All rooms are air-conditioned and have either King or Queen sized beds along with artwork on walls to create a warm feel.

A luxury holiday home the Baan Kinaree has a large swimming pool as soon as you enter the complex. Sun loungers are found near the pool so you can relax there comfortably. A BBQ and open seating areas ensure that you can spend your evenings and even have a scrumptious meal if you feel like it. For those who wish to visit the beach, Jomtien Beach is located just 1 km away.

Baan Kinaree apart from having stunning Asian décor has all the possible facilities that are needed to make your stay memorable. So as to keep you entertained you will find the pool table where you can have some fun time with your family. The living room of the Villa is large and spacious and has an entertainment system for some movie catching up to do. Kitchen in the villa is huge and all aspects like white counters and dark wooden cabinets. It is also endowed with all the utensils and facilities to help you have delicious meals there. The dining room is part of the living room and you have a stylish dining table which can easily accommodate 10 people at one go.

At the villa, you have the facility of hiring the services of a private cook who would prepare delicacies as per your wish and desire. All the appliances provided in the kitchen are stainless steel and there are very few chances of you facing any kind of malfunctioning. A banquet style teak dining table is there which has 10 chairs so that the whole family can have the meal together. There is daily maid service and free Wi-Fi to keep you connected. Towels and sheets are changed at regular intervals so that you do not feel that the villa is not hygienic. The villa would also arrange tours and excursions at discounted rates provided you consult and inform them in advance. Usage of electricity is free up to 100 Kw/ day and extra usage will be charged THB 7/Kw. Please remember that smoking inside the villa and pets are not allowed.
