Single Malt is a chic, cosmopolitan whiskey bar located on Seminyak's most celebrated shopping and dining street: Jalan Kayu Aya (better known as "Eat Street"). The bar is part of IZA Seminyak and it sits right above Meja Restaurant. Single Malt was inspired by the famous novel The Great Gatsby and it features sophisticated vintage interiors and off course, a great collection of whiskeys to try including 60 really rare ones. It sure is a unique place and a true hidden gem of central Seminyak.
