The 7 bedrooms of Villa Rubis can together sleep up to 14 guests. This estate is ideal for large companies of friends or a big family that wants to holiday together as it can provide large indoor and outdoor spaces for gathering and fun. All the bedrooms are large and romantically decorated with white-colored walls and furniture. Those on the ground floor open to the garden, offering direct and easy access.

The first-floor bedrooms have balconies with seating areas. The sensational scenery is right in front. All of them have air conditioning and are also ensuite. The modern bathrooms have showers. There is ample wardrobe space as well.

Where to spend most of your time when you are staying at this luxury rental – in the luxury of its interior or the super outdoor area? It’s a real dilemma. Stretching before your eyes, you will see a gorgeous lawn and garden that goes all the way to the beach. Relax under the shade of a tall tree and spend a lazy afternoon looking at the sea. The kids are going to love running and having fun in the garden.

Facing the sea, there is a lovely wooden deck with loungers – the perfect spot for tanning. There is a second terrace where you will find a charming lounging space. You can wind down here with a drink. It even has an outdoor dining area where you can have an alfresco dinner under the stars.

The interior is spread over 500 square meters. Almost the entire ground floor comprises the living/dining space. There are two living rooms, both about the same size, and both have comfortable sofas. Wide bay windows provide gorgeous views and also allow natural light to flow through the rooms. One of the two living rooms has a dining table where you can have your formal meals. Head outdoors for an informal experience!
