A charming complement to your holiday in Spain, Villa Butxaco is nestled in a restored Mallorcan farmhouse. With beamed ceilings and interior stone walls, this villa can very comfortably accommodate up to six guests. In a prime location between the Puerto Pollensa resort and the Pollensan countryside, this villa offers ample outdoor space for you to enjoy. This independent villa is fully self-catering which means that you can enjoy an indoor meal in the comfort of your own place whenever you don’t feel like going out.
Guests of Villa Butxaco can take their pick from three bedrooms. Rest assured that all bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort and provide plenty of space for you to store your valuables. The master suite has its own attached bathroom which is well-appointed with everything you’ll need to wind down at the end of the day. This particular room is also fitted with a double bed and comfortable linens. The other two rooms have two twin beds each. These beds can be pushed together to create a double bed if the need ever arises.
No holiday in Spain would be complete without soaking up plenty of that glorious Mediterranean sun. As such, Villa Butaxco offers ample outdoor areas where you can take a load off while working on your tan. In fact, on the covered terrace, you will find a barbecue area with all the facilities you will need to whip up a grilled feast at a moment’s notice. Sip on pre-dinner drinks on one of the many terraces as you watch the sun dip beneath the horizon.
Villa Butaxco also comes with a generously-sized swimming pool, complete with Roman steps. The well-manicured garden boasts ancient olive and carob trees, providing ample shade from the warm summer sun.
After splashing in your own private pool, step through a unique Oak studded doorway that leads into rustic, shabby-chic interior of Villa Butxaco. The open-plan living room features typical Spanish Terracotta flooring as well as beamed ceilings. In the lounge area, you will find a flat-screen television with DVD player, satellite television, and plush, comfortable sofas that you can sink into after a full day of adventuring.
This space gives way into a dining room, complete with a stone archway. Through the dining room, you will find a second seating area, complete with a guest cloakroom. In the kitchen, you can make full use of the electric oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, and more. The villa also provides a utility room with laundry facilities.
Upon request and for an extra fee, an extra cot can be set up to accommodate kids of up to two years old. Both on-site parking and WiFi are entirely free.
A quick forty-minute drive from the villa takes you to Palma Airport. A short distance away takes you to the 365 Calvari Steps, one of the most popular attractions in the area that will help you soak up the glorious sights. During your holiday in Spain, you may also wish to check out the Formentor Lighthouse, one of Mallorca’s most historical sites and one that offers plenty of unique photo opportunities. Browse through souvenir stores or sample some local tapas at the Placa Major, located just a quick drive away from Villa Butxaco.
