Situated at the top of the hill in Pollensa is Villa Finca La Belleza. A four bedroom holiday destination home that can perfectly accommodate eight guests. The property has breathtaking views of Vall de Colonya and beautiful surrounding trees. Villa Finca La Belleza is perfect for a large family or a group of friends taking a holiday together. It is only 100m away from Villa Bella Baix that accommodates 4 guests. Therefore, incase of a larger group, guests can always rent the two villas and have fun together.
Villa Finca La Belleza has four bedrooms all together. A twin bedroom is located next to the lounge on the ground floor and has an adjacent bathroom. Up the stairs you find two more spacious bedrooms with ensuite spacious bathrooms and showers.
On the 3rd floor you find a private suite with its bathroom having a wash basin and a sunken bathtub. This amazing master bedroom also has a separate toilet and fantastic countryside views. All bedrooms have TV, air conditioning and spacious wardrobes.
If you don’t feel like going out and you want to relax just within the villa, you’ll still enjoy your day greatly. The property has a dining veranda with comfortable dining furniture where you and your loved ones can dine together under the stars. The large area of lawn makes a great ground for kids to play around. There is also a private swimming pool and sunbeds to make you feel like you’re on the beach, and several spots where you can enjoy drinks as well as spectacular valley views.
An entrance staircase leads you to a traditional designed and elegantly furnished living room. You then climb up a few steps to the dining space with a dining table set with enough sitting space for everyone. Then up on another few steps is an airly fully equipped kitchen with access to an outdoor dining terrace for convenience when people are dining outside.
At Villa Finca La Belleza, you will be offered with ironing facilities, bed linen and car hire services. The host also provides table tennis equipment for your and your family to enjoy more. Staff in this home will also provide you with anything that you request for in advance, though you might be required to pay a little cash for some of the extra services.
While staying at Villa Finca La Belleza, you can enjoy activities such as playing golf in the nearby golf course which is only 4 km from the property. Else take your family for shopping in Lidl and Eroski, and later have a family outdoor dinner in one of the restaurants found in Pollensa town. The sand beach is also a few kilometers away and so you can visit and experience more fun too.
