The villa overlooks the large inviting pool for fun in the sun or a refreshing swim after a day exploring in the hot Spanish sun. The outdoor area is complemented by plenty of sun chairs and an outdoor dining setting for alfresco meals.The lovely gardens and lush lawn complete the relaxing vibe. The villa has surrounding views over the countryside, the Puig di Maria and the mountains of Serra de Tramuntaina, which makes spending time outdoors a joy.
Villa Magraner Catalina is equipped with three warm and welcoming bedrooms. The bedrooms complete with air-conditioning for the warm summer weather, have the choice of different sleeping arrangements. With the option of 4 single beds and a double bed, guests are ensured a good night’s rest. The simple Spanish styled bedrooms are fully equipped with linens and blankets.
Villa Magraner Catalina boasts 2 bright and airy bathrooms. The main bathroom services the 3 bedrooms and is complete housing a bathtub for guests to enjoy a lovely soak after an adventurous day. The second shower room is for use for the pool and the outdoor area.
With the villas access to the terrace conveniently located close to the kitchen, preparing and serving meals outdoors is a simple pleasure. The patio boasts a barbeque and plenty of seating for dining alfresco and boasts views out across the beautiful swimming pool and the picturesque gardens and across to the mountain peaks.
The large outdoor dining table seating comfortably more than 6 people; makes enjoying a simple alfresco meal a pleasure. For guests wanting to enjoy the Mallorcan sunshine, the villas 8x4m pool is the ideal place for a cool off, also complete with plenty of sunbeds for suntanning and enjoying the Spanish outdoors.
The lounge area of the villa is spacious and pure Spanish traditional comfort. With ample seating and open fireplace, guests are sure to feel at home. The lounge area boasts Wifi and a satellite TV for guests convenience. There is also a lovely dining area with seating for 6 to 8 guests. The living/dining area has access to the terrace.
Conveniently located adjacent to the lounge area is the kitchen, well-appointed with a breakfast table and chairs, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and utensils; all its guests could possibly need to prepare gourmet meals for a night in or a beautiful meal overlooking the stunning backdrop of the stunning countryside.
With air conditioning in the bedrooms and final cleaning, Villa Magraner welcomes its guests for any arrival time; with arrival out of schedule option available.
The villa also comes equipped for the little ones, with a large stretch of grass for the kids to run around. For the little ones a cot and high chair are supplied, with the option of renting extra if required. Upon check in and check out the villa is fully disinfected for the health and safety of its guests.
Located a short 3.5kms from Pollensa old town Villa Magraner is very central for guests wanting both relaxation and discovering the delights this beautiful area offers. Not too far from the comfort of your own countryside retreat, a 3.5km drive are the stunning sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Guests can enjoy a day enjoying water sports and the lovely beaches in the area, wander around the town or enjoy a meal or refreshing drink in one of the many cafes. For the more energetic holiday goers, the Puig de Maria is a very popular and scenic hike, which is within minutes of the villa. The ancient tree lined path to the monastery at the top is a lovely hike. There is also the Aqualand water park, perfect for the whole family's enjoyment.
