Built within a small cul-de-sac country lane that is located less than 5 minutes to Pollensa old town, a treat awaits guests. Here, a 4-bedroom traditional Mallorcan villa called Villa Rosa reveals itself, through the main entrance door that opens up to classically-furnished lounge and dining spaces indoors. And outside, guests will be in for a pleasant surprise of a semi-raised pool and partial lawn garden that offer great resting and chilling spots. Fitting 8 guests comfortably, the surroundings are backed by green landscaping and irresistible mountain views as the postcard-perfect backdrop.
The 4 bedrooms here are all on the ground floor, configured as 1 double bedroom and 3 twin rooms. One of the twin bedrooms can be found on the right of the lounge, which comes equipped with an ensuite bathroom, while the rest of the other rooms are on the left-side close to the kitchen, which are the 2 other twin rooms and the only double bedroom which all share the use of a fully-equipped whole bathroom.
The well-tended outdoor grounds feature a partial garden lawn area and a semi-raised swimming pool measuring 4m X 8m. If basking under the sunny skies is not too preferable for guests, they could always seek respite in the large covered terrace and barbeque area that comes fitted with a gas cooker, and a dining space that is perfect for alfresco meals.
The interiors are led in from themain entrance doors that open up to the Mallorcan-style furnished lounge and dining areas, and the small separate kitchen. The design and furnishings are distinctively classical and farmhouse-like, with wooden elements, tiled flooring, stone wall slabs, charming tablecloths, and comfortable sofa couches.
Guests have free Wifi Internet to stay connected with family and friends as well as on their social media throughout their stay.
The villa is set in a strategic location being just a 5-minute drive away from the Pollensa old town, and just less than 10 minutes from the resort centre of Puerto Pollensa where guests will be spoilt for choices with the array of amenities and shops here. The distance to the beach also takes around 4.5km.
