This glorious Belle Epoque villa dating back to the late 1800s is a coastal escape perfect for the most wonderful holiday in the Cote D Azure. Set in glorious gardens with established trees and lush lawns, Villa Roccabella offers complete privacy, enmeshed with quiet luxury.
The villa has ten charming bedrooms, ranging from 20m2 to the largest at 90mt. The bedrooms are airy and sunny, grand, decadent spaces of sheer opulence, featuring glorious decor and super comfortable beds, lovely linens, and are havens of calm for a good night’s rest. Large windows opening to the fabulous views ensure a light and airy feel, and balconies are a feature in some of the rooms. Villa Roccabella features 10 bathrooms equally beautiful and beautifully equipped.
This wonderful villa offers privacy and space amongst lush surroundings and is an oasis of style and luxury. The lovely garden and grounds of the home ensure guests can enjoy their holiday in peace and privacy.
The villa offers a large sparkling turquoise swimming pool with ample spots to enjoy the rays and the glorious views. There are dining areas dotted around the grounds for wonderful alfresco meals with loved ones. This is definitely the place to enjoy balmy evenings enjoying the company of family and friends.
Water features, lush lawns and gardens, and vegetable gardens, along with stunning vistas and access to a sandy beach make this the perfect getaway for the entire family.
Entering the villa, the feel of grandeur is immediate. The large entrance, decorated with stucco and marble columns, and a spectacular staircase leading the 2nd-floor bedrooms. The ground floor is absolute magnificence, with a small sitting room, large sitting room, smoking room, library and dining room filled with treasures of a bygone era. The Rococo woodwork is a joy to behold. A stunning Wintergarden and large pantry completes this spectacular space.
The villa will have been thoroughly deep cleaned and beds freshly prepared. The villa staff will also take care of the final cleaning for you. There is a concierge service offering nannies, tours and private chauffeurs. Please request upon booking.

The lovely villa is located on the coast, close to lovely beaches, quaint little villages, and towns, and perfectly situated for exploring the surrounding areas. The ancient town of Hyeres is a short drive away from shopping and experiencing local culture. Enjoy the delicious produce of the region with restaurants and cafes to choose from or perhaps browse the shops for interesting crafts. The lovely town dates back more than 2400 years and is rich in history and ambiance. Ancient ramparts, town gates, an 11th-century castle, and colorful vibrant market stalls make this a buzzing little place with something for everyone to enjoy.
The pristine white sand beaches of the Mediterranean are easily accessible to the villa, with cafes and calm crystal waters for the whole family to enjoy and 40kms of gorgeous beaches to choose from.
The villa offers a kids club daily from 9am to 12pm, massages, windsurfing, sports coaches and yoga to name but a few experiences available for guests.
