The villa hosts two spacious and airy master bedrooms complete with ensuite luxury bathrooms, and access to private balconies that offer stunning nature vistas. Fabulous armchairs are placed on the balconies so you can lie back to adore these views. Imagine having your morning coffee or evening drink here. Decorated in a chic and modern way, they both have large king beds, a dressing area, a wardrobe, and a study table.

There are two more bedrooms in the house, both having two single beds. One of them opens to a balcony, while the other has a large window. There are bright sparks of color in all four bedrooms, but overall, they have a soft color palette, which makes the sleeping areas soothing.

Villa Can Seguinot clearly stands out for its distinguished architecture and its fabulous outdoor area. Step into the magnificent terrace, where you can spend group time with your family or friends. It has a large sofa, which is made of earthen materials, an apt choice, considering the villa’s location and natural setting. A few steps from here, you will reach the shaded terrace and its outdoor dining table. This area too offers gorgeous views. There is a second outdoor dining table in a sunny area of the terrace.

Step out into the brilliant sunlight and into the private swimming pool. It glistens in the glorious sun and invites you to enjoy its cool and refreshing water. There is also an outdoor barbecue on one side of the pool.

The villa has an interior space of 510 square meters. It is a timeless classic with the traditional wooden-beamed ceiling of Mallorca, thick walls, arched windows, a fireplace, and terracotta flooring. Large doors allow the interior to flow easily. Large windows and glass panels provide big outdoor views.

The living room with windows on two walls and a door leading to a terrace looks stunning. It has a sofa with colorful cushions and a rustic coffee table facing the fireplace. There is also a television and a table football for your entertainment needs. The dining area, also with windows on two walls, has a table with seating for eight guests. An arched doorway separates these two rooms. The open-plan kitchen is stocked with many appliances, tableware, glassware, pots, and pans.

Can Seguinot is a self-catering luxury villa. You have everything here you need for a nice holiday. The bathrooms have towels, toiletries, and hair dryers. The bedrooms have safes. There is also an iron, an ironing board, and a washing machine. Feel free to use the televisions, private pool, and barbecue. For a charge, the villa manager can arrange a car for you with or without a chauffeur, and a scuba instructor if you want.
