Villa Holland boasts five bedrooms that are all well-furnished featuring pristine white interiors keeping with the nautical theme of the villa. Three ensuite bedrooms are found on the ground floor and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom can be found upstairs. Double, single and twin beds, wardrobes and reading lights equip the rooms. The ensuites and shared bathroom are modern with elegant fixtures and fittings including bathtubs and/or walk-in showers.
Living by the sea is a dreamy way to spend your holiday. At Villa Holland, you have the sandy Playa de Puerto de Pollensa right outside your door. You can easily head to the beach for the day. You even have a sunny garden and swimming pool towards the back of the villa. A covered terrace houses the alfresco dining area, perfect for a spot of refreshing tea, BBQ or breakfast. Upstairs, the sun terrace can be accessed via a flight of stairs for a space sweeping the sea, ideal for sundowners as the sun sets.

The ground floor of Villa Holland features an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The sunny room is bright and warm thanks to the sunlight pouring in through the glass doors and windows. Modern interiors with contemporary furniture makes you feel like you are in a luxurious bungalow by the sea. There is comfortable seating so you can take a nap, put your feet and kick back. Upstairs, you will find another lounge for more privacy. You can dine in multiple spots around the villa. There is outdoor and indoor dining, upstairs and downstairs. Based on your mood and preference, you can take your pick. The food will be fresh, filling and delicious regardless. The modern and fully-equipped kitchens are ready to be fired up. Windows overlooking the neighbouring islands and the blue skies and sea serve as the view throughout your culinary journey.
