Attico Elmar Luxury Apartment is located in a high-end apartment of Otranto. It has a panoramic balcony with glass railing that provides an incredible view of the sea and the city center of the old town Otranto. After a whole day exploring the city center and the beach, you can lounge, relax, and unwind at the seating area of the balcony as you sip your wine and enjoy delicious Italian treats with your loved ones.
The two storeys apartment has a sophisticated living room with prestigious elements such as marble tiles and fine minimalist furnishings. The living spaces are spacious and an open concept area, where the living room, dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and the balcony areas are all connected through large glass doors, allowing plenty of natural light to come in.
The sleeping quarters of the apartment include two simple but comfortable double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a laundry room with a washing machine. On the balcony, there is an outdoor seating area.
