One independent holiday home has one bed each. There is provision to add a third bed in both of them, so together, the villa can sleep a maximum of three guests. It is a great plan to have two independent houses on the same property because two families can holiday and enjoy together and still enjoy their privacy. Both the homes are close, but still a reasonable distance away. They both open to the garden and sunny terrace. The bedroom has a minimalist décor. There are large wardrobes with plenty of storage and hanging space. The ensuite bathrooms have washbasins with modern faucets, towel warmers, paper vending machines, and hair dryers.
What you may love the most about the villa’s outdoor area is its terraced garden. It travels through the hillside, each corner, and tier offering fabulous views. Everywhere, you will find tall trees and flowering plants. You will find many cozy nooks and shady corners with sitting areas where you can relax, read a book, listen to music, or just look at the impressive views. The terrace too is built over different levels. At its center is a large 40 square meter private swimming pool. Loungers are placed along the pool. At the other corner, you will find a lounging space with comfortable sofas. The pool terrace offers fantastic valley and sea views. There are two shaded areas where you can enjoy an outdoor meal. The terrace also has a swing, which both adults and kids are going to love.
Monte Cannone 1 is an independent unit, complete with their living rooms, dining areas, and kitchens. There are plush sofas, satellite televisions, and a fireplace. The kitchens have refrigerators, ovens, and many other modern appliances. Pots and pans are provided. There are dining tables too, which makes them both self-sufficient units. The interior feels like home.
You can stay with your pet in this rental property. There is an iron, an ironing board, hangers in the bedrooms, mosquito nets, and alarm systems. The rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort. There are three outdoor showers as well apart from the bathrooms. Feel free to use the kitchen appliances and the barbecue. Monte Cannone 1 is completely fenced, which ensures your safety and privacy.
