Piccola Masseria consists of 10137sqm, plenty of space for everyone to find the perfect spot to relax and enjoy, with common areas to enjoy the company of friends and family.
The property includes ten beds in its pricing, with four bedrooms, two double rooms, one triple and one twin, creating sleeping solutions for all. There are three bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bathtub, and an external shower for pool use.
The bedrooms are lovely, styled with care and respect to the past but very comfortable and with excellent bedding, mosquito nets, hairdryers and linens supplied.
The bathrooms are certainly modern, fully equipped and bright and spacious. The lovely Piccola Masseria will definitely be a place guests will remember forever.
Wonderfully expansive with plenty of space to enjoy and explore, and completely fenced, guests will love the outdoor living areas. Complete with alfresco dining and BBQ, one large [3.3 x 9] swimming pool and a smaller 1.5 x 1.7m pool as well, as ample sunbeds and spaces to enjoy the warming sun or enjoy a cool drink with family and friends. There is an outdoor shower for guests' convenience, private terraces, and a large furnished communal space to enjoy. Parking for five cars is available onsite.
The spacious property is a wonderful experience and a delight to stay and enjoy in.
This lovely property is an absolute traditional luxury, with elements of days gone by everywhere. The main house is home to a living room with TV, kitchen and dining space, with the age-old tradition of having a bed in the living space. This is a very traditional space with lovely blonde stone walls and floors and the lovely curving ceilings of its ancient past. A simple kitchen is included, but with modern appliances and complete to provide lovely meals for all.
The dining table is in the open living space, with a table and chairs, spacious enough to seat the family for a lovely meal.
The other building has a lovely dining space and kitchen also for those times space is desired.
Although this property is not the modern style guests are used to Piccola Massera is an experience not to be missed for the sheer magic of this ancient place.
Wifi is included throughout the property.
All cleaning has been completed on arrival and beds made, and final cleaning is included. Linen and towels are provided. Electric is included in the rate. The pool is available from June 1st to September 30th. Pets are welcomed.
The lovely Trulli is located just a short 1.4 kilometers from restaurants and shops, and 9.4kilmeter from the center of the town of Martina Franca. This pretty little town has wonderful streets to wander, great shopping, and lovely cafes to sit and watch the world go by.
Further from the property is the coast, 25kms to the port of Villanova with lovely beaches to enjoy and fabulous places to enjoy the freshest of seafood.
The area of Ostuni is full of fascinating little villages and towns, rich in history and culture, and guests are perfectly situated to explore this stunning region. Enjoy a coffee in a lovely ancient piazza, haggle in the markets for the freshest of produce or enjoy sightseeing and experiencing a region brimming with history, the choice is yours.
