With four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms, accommodating comfortably 8 adult guests, and an extra sofa bed for a single, the property is situated in the perfect location for both absolute relaxation and adventures discovering this magical area. The villa overlooks the stunning countryside and tranquil gardens. Built from lovely local creamy stone and full of rustic chic, this villa will be hard to leave at the end of your stay.
Trulli Pepe boasts four comfortable, charming bedrooms. The bedrooms arecomplete with central heating and cooling. Each bedroom is so pretty with stone walls and stunning stone floors, decorated with shabby chic pieces and lovely artful touches. Two bedrooms are equipped with large beds, one a master suite and there are two twin bedrooms one with access to the terrace. The bedrooms are fully equipped with linens and duvets and are very comfy.
Trulli Pepe has 4 lovely bathrooms; complete with large walk in showers, toilet and bidet, and equipped with fluffy towels and hairdryers. One of the bathrooms is outside which is perfect for use while enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
With the villas many accesses to the terrace area conveniently located close to the living areas, including the kitchen, preparing and serving meals outdoors is so easy. The covered terrace boasts a barbeque and sink and various areas to dine outdoors enjoying views out across the the gorgeous gardens and countryside beyond.
Trulli Peppe features a stunning 5 x 14mt crystal blue swimming pool with man made beach, the absolute perfect place to kick back and relax in the sun on one of the many comfortable sunbeds. There is also a covered lounge area, for those wanting a cooler spot to chill out.
There is a bathroom with shower in this area also. The villa has onsite parking for quite a few cars for guests convenience.
The expansive lounge areas of the villa are stunning. Stone arches, sweet little nooks to curl up with a great book, all bright and very comfortable. With ample plush seating and dining space, guests are sure to feel completely at home. The lounge area boasts an ipod docking station, wifi and satellite TV for guests enjoyment. There is also a kitchenette in this area.
Conveniently located adjacent to the lounge area is the country style kitchen, kitchen, well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and utensils; all its guests could possibly need to prepare gourmet meals for a night in. There is also a country styled dining table and chairs in the kitchen.

Conveniently situated 4.5kms from the lovely village of Castellana Grotte and very central for guests wanting to explore this exquisite region of Southern Italy. Not too far from the comfort of your own paradise are restaurants, shops, café and supermarkets.
Guests can choose hiking, walking on the glorious trails, cycling or exploring. Grotte di Castellana is a must see. The caves were discovered in 1938 and are a system of over 3000 meters in length. Stalagmites, stalactites and precious crystals abound making the caves absolutely breathtaking.
For beach lovers the beautiful Polignano beach is 13kms from the villa, a lovely seaside town with white sand and sparkling blue sea. A lovely spot to relax and enjoy, then perhaps have a wander around the lovely old fishing village, the food is sublime!
