Villa Alberta boasts four comfortable and elegant bedroomsperfect for eight guests. The bedrooms complete with heating and cooling are large and comfortable. The bedrooms are each equipped with large, comfy beds and access to the shady terraces. The cool and calming bedrooms are fully equipped with linens and duvets and are very stylishly decorated.

Villa Alberta has 4 high end ensuite bathrooms; one with a bathtub in the bedroom suite perfect for romance! All featuring wonderful walk-in showers, fluffy towels and hairdryers.

With the villas access to the covered terrace area conveniently located close to the living areas, preparing and serving meals outdoors a simple pleasure. The terrace boasts a barbeque, dining table and chairs and sink and enjoys views out across the lovely gardens and pool and across to the countryside.

The turquoise blue swimming pool is oval in shape and very inviting, especially on a hot day. There are plenty of sunbeds to enjoy lounging the day away with a good book or lovely shady spots to curl up and have a snooze.

The stylish, minimalist living areas of the villa are bright, airy and very comfortable. With ample dining space, guests are sure to feel instantly at home. The lovely covered terrace offers guests the perfect spot to gaze over the pristine landscape and lovely gardens. The lounge area boasts Wifi, ipod dock and a satellite TV for guests convenience.

The villa has a good size modern kitchen, equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and utensils; all its guests could possibly need to prepare delicious meals for a night in or a beautiful meal overlooking the stunning backdrop of the countryside.

Conveniently situated in between the lovely towns of Castellana Grotte and Polignano charming village and is very central for guests wanting a bit of both; relaxation and exploring. Not too far from the comfort of your lovely villa {800mts} are restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the small villages nearby.
